i rarely say this but damn im sold..what a master piece..theyve made a 10 marla project into a 30 marla ranch . i would love to reach out to this amazing couple for renovation of my house.
Guest Architect Mr sherpao shb has been the best guest who appreciated abt house honestly and has simple personality yet knows fully abt his profession
Hassan it has been around 5 years since I last saw you, and now watching your comment on a random RUclips video made me miss your sparkling personality, I pray wherever you are you're doing good and are still the same smiling cheema that we knew. Faizan abid from cs6c your fellow from nust.
It's beautiful. Normal homes with balconies and big windows opening on to the road, no one uses here in Pakistan due to privacy concerns. This appraoch makes it so beautiful and cozy, how a house should be. Private and homely.
You missed two things. 1) where were the stairs at the beginning leading to(what was in basement) 2) how does there roof look like ? I mean as it’s made by two architects they might have done something on roof as well .
This house is absolutely stunning! You can really see the love and attention to detail that went into every aspect of the design. It’s so tastefully done, and I love how it allows nature to shine through. The architects have truly created a masterpiece that blends beautifully with its surroundings. Bravo!
Asa inside is so beautiful. Especially kitchen , lounge, stairs bedrooms but out side looks so deppresiv. Hose is a cozy home vibes but like a industry ..any how ..ALLAH PAK blessed upon that hose ...rehny walon ko naseeb Karen ALLAH PAK ...❤
Great video displaying a superb house, built with vision and practicality. Most of all, I really enjoyed listening to the opinions of your guest. He nailed it.
MashaAllah, Whatta House. ALLAHUMMA BARIK. Really liked the landscape and using it with totally new elements. Making privacy at start of the house and a right turn open's into a breathable cozy look
Absolutely delighted to witness such creative and innovative architecture and design concepts being practiced locally in Pakistan. Beautiful house! Love the facade and the minimalist industrial design approach!
Wonderful. I'm so glad architects are stepping outside the confines of the typical floor plan n designing buildings according to the user's needs. I love the fact that they have used materials which are low cost n affordable. Eliminating door pulls was such a good idea to bring down all over cost
Don't really like how the interviewer is guiding the guest, he's constantly interjecting on the guests first impressions of the details to pull him in different directions. I want to hear more about how the space feels and flows rather than it being there is this place then this other place.
A combination of modern and retro architecture. Very bold innovation, however there is a conflict between the two, in many places. That would've made this effort even better.
Lovely!! Great effort!! The great thing is Khizar and Sana dared to build a residence in a place full of challenges.. کریں گے اہلِ نظر تازہ بستیاں آباد God bless them ameen
What an amazing mindset of practicing life hidden inside the concrete block. MashALLAH! 9.99/10 (-0.01 deducted for the narrowest stare case to the roof top may be it was cam recorded.) One major missing might be owner’s privacy in the basement that makes me more curious.
Surely grows on you especially after the front entrance blank facade Love the Tarazo commonly known chips floor and bathroom walls they have blown my mind. The practical storage space is another mind blowing feature. Lots of pluses do a 10 Marla house
i have been somehow associated with construction of houses for some time. in my opinion this house is full of surprises and there is a lot to enjoy alongside comfort while living in it. spaces have been been utilized to the full extent, making it practical. interestingly my rating almost matched with that of Sherpao Sb.'s. in the end i would suggest humbly if it was a bit more greener. anyways, full marks to the architects for this wonderful master piece/concept house.
What a lovely, cozy house, which is mysterious and deceiving from outside. However, the cameraman wasn’t able to show the entire beauty of this house. Please make this video again.

This video was full of jaw dropping moments Ma Sha Allah. It is indeed one of the best houses i have seen so far. Banjaiga also deserves a clap for sharing this piece of art with their viewers. I not only liked this video but subscribed also.
Definitely very unique design but with all this creativity they must have taken into consideration the practical aspects of this abode. Especially at this moment in time Pakistani weather is hot 9/12 months of the year.

Very interesting concepts. The house is blended well into the environment and surroundings. An apt lesson in how to utilize available spaces to add beauty, comfort and luxury.
The stairs to the top most room is very narrow. The children washroom too is very tiny. Would like to know if there was a structural benefit with the separation wall in the washroom.. Like the fact that there is no formal guest room. Nonetheless dining may be uncomfortable for old

Beautiful indeed.... Whatever it costs, it's worth it, heheh although it must have cost much .... A great effort for the owners n designers. But you should explain the technical side of the home like the exhaust system, the solar panel system it's battery areas plus the basement structure .

The house looks so depressing from outside and so calm and cozy from inside, more like a vacation house! A happy place!
Design is neutral from outside to symbolise total privacy. Iconic design.
This house has brought me to tears, absolutely heart touching. Its feels like travelling through time.

What a spectacular piece of Brutalist architecture. Jehangir sahab rightly called it evocative of years of yore ❤
I call this Art . Truly phenomenal.

Very functional and extremely aesthetic use of space assimilating the house in surroundings 😊

im pretty sure its double glazed 8mm at a minimum. the only thing i think is missing is industrial style central airconditioning
@@stingg66 Sure but I was talking about skylights in direct sunlight.
The architect really did a phenomenal job. The vision and execution are both outstanding.

Finally a well architected house.
A bit crowded with plants and trees, like banana tree(a home for insects).
Really enjoyed the house and sir sherpao's commentary

Paradise in prison perhaps?
Just like life . . .
Imprisoned in our body
Blossoms from within
This house captures that essence
A paradox of freedom in captivity
Of luxury in simplicity
Of ecstasy in agony
Of beauty within the beast
Of most within the least
Of madness within sensibility
Of freedom from normality
Of Masterjee's brief encounter
It's memory of immortality
Of Khizer with Sana
It's a union of creativity !!!

Also mostly home's in UK are common with private/Bedroom/Kids room are in upper floors..

Bold, exquisite and extravagant at the same time. Say no more to artificial house looks, balconies, roofs anf windows etc. etc.
What a concept, what an idea, the interior, exterior is mind blowing. I must say this is beauty with brains concept
