because it's the most big issue for all traders
if you dont determen a target ,You will not reach anywhere
put a big percentage target , will destroy you early
put a small one will not be very interesting to continue
so what is the right percentage target that you must accomplite
that really helped when you talk about looking at consistency quarterly not monthly I've been testing a strategy for a month and 3 weeks now first month pretty solid stuff next 3 weeks very small loss been feeling a little down about it but like you said you got to look at it quarterly

Do you ever trade against trend? Say on the monthly it’s up trending, but on the 4h it’s looking like it could downtrend for a bit, would you take the trade? Or do you only trade the way of the trend

Hey James! I have a brief check at the weekends, just so that i'm aware of anything BIG that i would have been unaware of, had i not checked. But this is as far as i go, i'm a technical trader, so fundamentals don't have an effect on my trading

For Trading? Stick to Falcon, easy to learn bad habits elsewhere and then have to unlearn that at a later date
Did you start by taking a trading course or having a trader mentor you? Beginner here, dont know where to start. There are many online tutorials and books. Not sure if they are accurate though.
Trading as a beginner can be very confusing and complex if not properly guided and it can lead to disastrous losses and that's why it's important to have an expert and experienced broker to guide you and I can recommend one of the best brokers for you to guide you

Michael stop waffling. Its a very simple question that ive asked several times. What is your end to date profit since you began being live? Why is that so hard. You can aswer every other question clearly but the min someone asks for figures you go into hippy mode about "thats the wrong question to ask" lol bro you and giving the wrong answers!
