@@johnskelton1117 I'm pretty sure she works hard and knows her job. The title Flight Dispatcher can mean different things especially in the Country you are at. Maybe Jeff and Sam thinking about Aircraft Dispatcher? I am a retired Flight Dispatcher, but my job required an issued FAA Aircraft Disatcher's License. I must know Weather, Notams, Routes, ATC Traffic, Airport problems and Aircraft Performace. You create a flight plan and Dispatch Release that is signed by the Pilot and Fligth Dispatcher agreeing the aircraft and flight will be safe.. The workload is about 25 aircraft an hour dispatching and flight following and communicating with flight crew. Handle any emergencies that may arise inflight and on the ground.

@@SamParkerr In many countries the Title of Flight Dispatcher means handling the flight on the ground. Where in the USA we are called FAA License Aircraft Dispatchers where we issue a flight pland and a Dispatch Release where the Pilot and Dispatcher sign in agreement that the flight can be operated safely.
