"She's fighting against the programing versus the spirit who possesses her." Scott demonstrated that confusion a bit all the way back in Sister Location, when Baby tells the story of Elizabeth's death. Can you imagine having that memory, btw? Of being both the innocent child who died horribly *and* the machine that killed her?
I love how John cheekily suggested coming over to sit on the couch. I can imagine him taking out a list and being ready to cross that off his bucket list 😂
MatPat and crew are the only guys who can take 6 minutes of content and turn it into a nearly hour-long video, and have me hooked the whole time. Love this channel!
This is the most wholesome Collab I've ever seen matpat do. The amount of respect they have for each other is admirable and I know this whole thing meant the world to FuhNaff.
I love how this isn't a competition for them, they're not trying to prove themselves right over each other. They are really respectful and kind. Its so nice to see older, more entrenched fnaf youtubers collaborating with and helping a very promising new youtuber like John grow his channel and audience. Wholesome 100❤
Big improvement from the first videos of this series! When it was just matpat watching fuhnaff's vid. It's nice to see matpat include him and treat him more like an equal.
Can you make occasional guest style episodes like this more often? They’re really fun. Maybe you could have rye toast or another fnaf theorist on, or a different topic
*Fellow genderfluid spotted* Also fully agree, guest videos are awesome as they bring in new perspectives and the banter between everyone is pretty fun too :)
19:05 It also didn't help that IN SECURITY BREACH, we had Sun and Moon, which IS a Jekyll and Hyde situation. So, we do establish that a Jekyll and Hyde situation is a possibility to further muddy the waters of "Is Vanny actually Vanessa, or are they 2 different people completely."
I love how elevated their conversations can get because of how much knowledge they all have! Like Fuhnaff just pulling voice actor names off the top of his head was seriously impressive. love this!!!
I adore how John subtlety stands up for him self and his theories when may starts talking to long off the video!!! That’s amazing that he’s able to do that with someone who holds such a strong importance to people and your line of work 🥳
While answering the survey questions, a few things stood out to me. 1. I saw the same faces multiple times throughout the survey. 2. Some of the photos didn't seem real, they looked like AI generated images. I'm not sure what the video is gonna be, but I Highly recommend everyone checks it out, because it is Very interesting.
If you paid attention, you would notice it's not the exact same image for example in one of the photos the shirt was put on more neatly instead of having their shoulder be shown
if you havent taken the quiz do it before reading this commet i love that they put thier own faces in there. i wasnt sure if toms photo was really him because he didnt have glasses but then i saw dan and and knew it was tom before
I never had a problem needing to use stuff in the books to connect the dots during the game, I'm just glad Matt and co always explain what's happening in the books to help the missing pieces the games aren't covering.
Bingo, the games just don't really work without additional material to fill in the blanks. Otherwise it's just a bunch of lore that goes absolutely nowhere with no answers.
for me, the problems with the novels theories is that the books have SO MUCH strange things that if some of them are related to the games, the others that are completely unbelievable must in some sense be too (like robots that can bleed). but i agree that some connections with the novels are necessary for the lore to start to make sense
I think some of them are AI-generated, some of them are real people but mirrored, and some of them are just normal photos of real people (like Steph's)
I'm actually really happy that john made it onto game theory because i think he thinks about these things in a much differnet way, and i think it could bring a huge breath of fresh air and really let GT bloom further. I am very excited to see more colabs and, like he himself said, maybe even joins on the couch. I have a good feeling about the future of GT :}
Another important detail of note in the Fury's Rage spin-off is the fact that Scraptrap is just sort of... casually chilling in the background of one of the levels. He doesn't draw any attention to himself, he's just hunched over in an alleyway and cannot be interacted with by the player. Maybe this relates to the (honestly really irritating) idea that Henry's fire in the Pizza Sim didn't work and Afton's physical body didn't entirely die?
That is really interesting, just tome small problems. William’s body is pretty gone at this point since we see a lot more bone but not a ton of muscle and tendons. In burntrap’s model there’s more muscle and tendons instead of more bones. Also he has one of his arms back and the spring lock suit isn’t as degraded and scraptrap. There being more suit could be due to Vanny disassembling glamrock Bonnie and using him for part, but you can’t just regrow your arm unless that’s a property that remnant can do. But if that was a property his actual body would be in a more well condition than a rotting, degrading corpse fused to a animatronic.
Happy birthday to FNAF Security Breach! Despite how long ago this game came out, it’s part of a series that made many of our childhoods and still make up our lives!
Wow, can't believe it's been a year already. Remember seeing the trailers slowly revealing the date. Now gotta wait for the Ruin DLC sometime next year
Theory: The survey is for a video about the uncanny valley, most likely the Mandela Catalogue. The faces you used, albeit some random ones thrown in for flavor, were either normal or mirrored on the left or right, creating a slight uncanny valley effect (thanks guys, it freaked me out). You added the photo of Steph as both a control and to make us think that all the photos are real people, in case any of them were AI generated. Can't wait to see the video, thanks for letting us take part!
I was actually thinking it was a way of showing how humans belief of attraction changes depending on the given options as seen with the repeat people. So you might have given someone a 4 in the beginning but after seeing a bunch of distorted faces you might see them as an 8 instead. But that's just a theory, a SPYCH THEORY! Thanks for reading (I'm sorry I've wanted to do that for a while)
@@kaiperkins9292 I wondered about that myself. I mentioned it in my survey comment as well, just to try to share any potential biases or anything that could skew have skewed my answers, whether that was the intended goal of the survey or not.
@@kaiperkins9292 Yeah I noticed that, but also some of the repeated photos were slightly edited to be more or less uncanny like mat's head was less wide in his second appearance lol
Theory related to the form: It is testing whether humans seem more attracted to faces that are not AI-generated/seem to recognize non-AI-generated images more.
I was thinking it might be somehow related to analog horror as it is something that happens in a lot of them that Matpat has covered recently, last i can remember about him calling it out was in the FNAF VHS TAPES, could be wrong though
Here's an idea: What if the Glitchtrap Virus has been around a lot longer than we thought? What if it predates the previous games? Could Jeremy having been infected by the virus have something to do with why his name shows up several times throughout the previous games? If I'm not mistaken, Tape Girl says that the circuit boards were old, meaning they could have more influence over the previous games than we originally assumed. We've been treating them as if they're new, because they're a new concept, but we really don't know how long they've existed. Here's a wild theory: What if the virus is what created the 8-Bit minigames, making those scenes canon because they are the glimpses of truth in an otherwise fictional game created by an indie developer? It always struck me as odd that you effectively have games within games, especially if those minigames are only there to provide information on past events. Also, it's possible that the reason some names get reused is simply because of something that happens in the real world all the time. Sometimes developers name characters after their friends, family, and pets. It's possible that the indie developer has more of a connection to the teams that make the other games.
I've always wondered why Vanessa would leave prerecorded messages for Gregory after catching him if she was also Vanny. When she grabbed him and he apparently passed out, why not just finish him off then, or why run around as Vanessa to begin with? I've pretty much always been working on the assumption they were two different people, or at least two different personalities.
I love how John says the whole “When I was 15 I thought Purple Guy was Phone Guy.” Like he has been in the FNaF world for so long, and he went from watching Theories to now being a well known theorist and being on GT Live. Time stamp: 23:15
Haha same!! But maybe I can say I’ve played one, not sure how much it counts though lmao, my siblings and I used to have kindle fire tablets in 2014 and my older brother had Fnaf 2! I opened the game a few times and I’m not sure if I ever finished the first night, as I was 9-10 and didn’t understand what horror games or fnaf were lol!
I love how Matpat's like "oh you should be able to finish the survey for about 5-10mins", diva, I took about 20mins to answer the survey because of how EERIE and SCARY they all look. But I am quite interested to know about this next theory that's about to come out. More power to you all!
I think John is the perfect feature guest for GT live. Not someone to become a part of the team, but pop in every now and then with his own unique ideas and perspective to share with the team and the community, like an outside investigator. I'm excited to see him show up in more videos and maybe even on the couch one day 👀
I get where Mat points out that we can't attribute a lot of narrative purpose to Tape Girl, given that she is meant to be more of a character who lacks any individual traits. I mean all we know is she does VR testing, is female, and coding. Not her age, name, values, motives, etc. Yet it seems odd that Glitchtrap would actively not possess her or anyone else, until Vanessa. What we also don't really understand is if Glitchtrap is truly "downloading" himself into the victims. Its unusual that we seem to swap places with with, indicating that we lose ALL control and give up our body forever; meanwhile, Vannessa seems to have a Jekyl & Hyde situation. Nor does Vanny seem to act on her own, needing guidance from a different version of glitchtrap. Maybe we don't have several iterations of afton making a cult, but Afton is rewiring peoples minds to his needing? We see Jeremy cracks under the pressure, so Afton learns to lessen the intensity on his victims and create a case like Vanessa. Where the host's mind isn't completely broken, but still usable to his purpose (essentially a drone for him when he requires, think Russian Sleeper Agents). Another question is that in FNAF VR is related to the player's role. Are we Vannessa in the game? I mean if we complete the game and get possessed, are we essentially just seeing what Vanessa does? Or are we another iteration / drone for Afton? So at the minimum we have 3 hosts? One last question. Why does Afton seem to bond to female hosts better? We are unsure if Afton possesses another male after Jeremy's death. Yet, if we compare this to typical ghost lore or ideas, a spirit will try its hardest to find a body or make one to resemble its original. So wouldn't he naturally feel at home in male hosts? Can female minds withstand the virus strain better (not crack under the pressure)? Do we have a virus robot harem? We see Afton try to rebuild his original body, so it proves that his goal is to get as close to his original form as possible. Yet he chooses Vanny to be his vessel? I mean Vanessa, Vanny, and Tape Girl might all contain their own version of the virus. Could the virus only download a portion of Afton's life to a vessel? Vanessa reflects on his days as a guard and trying to be the "boss" aka run the mall alone? Vanny is his killing impulse? Tape Girl is the portion that loves to manipulate people (like luring children or keeping Henry in the dark)?
New theory idea, Vanny creates Vanessa as a robot who doesn’t know that she is a robot and cannot see vanny’s room and mysteriously ether can’t see Vanny, or Subconsciously helps her but can’t remember it.
I thought it might be about AI pictures. But that is also a good observation….I also should’ve changed my…nope Matpat should always be 10 because he is the channel
Heres a crazy idea, Vanessa is VR girl. She got shoved back into the mind but found her way through her programming to find her way back into a robot body, Vanny is Vanessa but as glitch traps mind. Vanessa is actually a secutity gaurd trying to do her job with some kid running around but she might also be trying to fight against her doplganger who stole her body as glitch trap as Vanny. Thats why there were two venessas in the rooftop ending. Both Venessa and patent 46 are Vanny, just one is glitch trap Vanny and the other the true Venessa.
Tom mentioning Jekyll and hyde is really significant to consider - hyde came from jekyll, they share a soul, but is distinctly their own individual in the appearance, approaches, decisions, body - BUT after time the balance shifts and the changes are more frequent. Could this be the case for Vanessa/vanny? It lines up with the vanny meter, explains if vannessa showed vanny behaviours. It blurs the line of clear behaviours of Vanessa or vanny.
Watching John's videos and the subsequent GTLive react ones has pulled me back into the franchise after I basically gave up on it. Love love love these videos!!!
From a voice acting standpoint, I believe voice actors can only voice 3 characters before they have to be paid more (as an extra actor or some other additional fee). So many studios try to have their Voice actors voice as many characters to save money.
atleast in the case of scott cawthon he is the type of guy that uses specific text color hexcodes to differentiate characters in his games so using a shortcut when it comes to voice actors seems odd.
Jeremy slicing his face off could be one of two things the way I view it. Either (A) he was trying to resist Glitchtraps control via extreme pain, this is often a trope used in bodysnatching/mind control stories. Or (B) Glitchtrap hit the gas too hard and attempted to force a possession instead of taking a backseat. This could've lead Jeremy to go crazy and he potentially started to see his own face as Glitchtraps, so he cut it off.
I just want to say, I'm honestly happy about being able to be part of a theory lol (plus, that survey actually showed me I'm attracted to a kind I didn't really think I was lol, so you know, interesting) thanks for the videos Theoris team! They're always amazing!
Oh my god that survey felt like psychological torture, some of the faces legit made my skin melt from how high in danger I felt when looked upon by them
The fact that I’ve never read any of the books but I’m never lost in the conversation says a lot about how much and how many times I’ve watched these theories LOL
One thing that seems to point to “Gregory can see Vannie under the earpiece frequency means he’s not a robot” not being true is that Charlie is still aware of herself even after she uses it
One thing I noticed in the Vanny Ending, is that parts come off in the shadow when the bots disassemble Freddy but there's nothing coming off in the shadow on the wall of disassembling Vanny, theres nothing coming off on the staffbot appendages either, whether it's due to the limitations of what they could do with the animation/time. Also would a disassemble command work on a human?
Reading a book or comics to understand a game/movie has been a trend for a LONG time. 2007, the TMNT movie had SO many plot holes that you had to read the comics which came out prior to to the movie to plug up those holes. Mortal Kombat 10 needed comics to understand what happened during the years between Mortal Kombat 9 & 10. Even God of War has comics explaining what happened to Kratos between the Greek Pantheon falling and the Norse Pantheon story line. Then it's a question of figuring out what's cannon. People just have to get over the whole "you have to pick up a book/comics to understand the lore" thing. It's how things are going these days with games. Anyway, Awesome job Jon and this was awesome listening to you all!
the thing about patient 46 is... what if they're just a character we haven't met yet? It's possible there could be more games after sb or patient 46 could be revealed in ruin, for example: we never knew the true identity of purple guy until sister location. It's entirely possible we're trying to make a "purple guy is phone guy" connection when in reality it's an entirely new character
While i agree, I gotta say that 46 having so many connections to a lot of characters we already know probably means that 46 is someone or at least a version of someone who's appeared before
@@istvankeri6688 I agree, not to mention we didn't learn about Afton because of Sister Location, it was because of the Five Night's book which revealed his name first. If Ruin truly is meant to be a finale for the Afton's it wouldn't really make sense to throw in a new lead character (besides possibly crying child) at the last stretch. It'll be interesting to see how it plays out though regardless.
@@istvankeri6688 the thing is though, do we have any hard evidence saying they're an already existing character or not? probably not, so maybe perhaps we sohludn't try to solve who patient 46 is, i'm sure it will be revealed in ruin and maybe we weren't supposed to figure it out yet
@@1Woofer1 I mean in this franchise there is very little hard evidence or confirmation. And while I'd like the story to move on from the old characters as much as anyone else, the fact that there are connections between 46 and older characters is important. If 46 was a new character than why the relation to existing characters. And also, the way the story is currently going, the Afton story will (hopefully) conclude in Ruin and launch into the next storyarc. It wouldn't make sense to include a brand new character who is seemingly so important to SBs plot, when the storyarc is at it's conclusion. And also, even if it's an entirely new character, why shouldn't we try to solve who it is.
Finally some good-natured competition! I love this guy, just like I love you guys. Way to go, people! 36:35 Like Elizabeth does in SL, where Baby remembers both capturing Elizabeth and being killed by Baby AS Elizabeth.
23:00 hang on, when did we rule out phone guy as purple guy? We don't feel like the way he dies in night 4 and the scene in Fnaf 3 line up at all? I dunno, maybe I'm glossing over something that means they can't be the same, but I don't think it's very obvious... And if phone guy has some significance, I don't think it's unfair to feel like tape girl would have a role to play in the larger story
Something that might help connecting Charlie to Baby lies in the letter Charlie finds (written by Henry) in the third novel, The Fourth Closet. Read this paragraph: "Keep all the closets shut. Let them be tombs for my denial and my grievance. My only lasting instruction for you concerns the fourth closet. It is not enough to keep it shut, you must keep that one sealed and buried. My grief was already beginning to waken me to reality when I began what was to be her final stage. When I rose, slightly, from the depth of my despair, I saw that I had no choice but to cease my work, for I was only feeding my own delusion. My old faithful partner, who I can only hope now is in a grave of his own, took what I had begun, and made something of his own-something dreadful. He crafted my beloved work into something of his own, and endowed it with who knows what kinds of evil. I was able to stop him, and to seal away what he made, and you, Jenny, must ensure that the seal remains." We have some paralels to the games here. The first and more obvious being that Baby was originally built by Henry, just like in FNAF World. Okay, we have Afton stating that Baby was his creation in the opening cutscene of Sister Location, but that may be a later version of her, the first one being built by Henry (out of grief). We must also remember that Sister Location presents to us The Immortal and the Restless, which (maybe) talks about Michael childhood, but Vlad may be interpreted as Afton stating that the BABY (animatronic) isn't his. He only accepts the Baby as his at the very end, which may be just when he changed Baby to better fill the role he intended to her.
DAYCARE ATTENDANT THEORY. I think the daycare attendant is a secret that needs solving. who he is, why he exists, etc. the room behind daycare is supposed to be *his room*. it's literally his "backstage". that's where he is before Gregory enters the daycare, he comes out of the little stage window castle thing. the entrance is also in the theatre, and in the book Sun/Moon was supposed to be a performer before being made the Daycare Attendant, so makes sense the old entrance was then hidden. so how can it be the hiding place of someone hiding in the pizzaplex at night, because how would they be living there alongside Sun/Moon without him noticing? It's also where you find the Balloon World arcade machine, which the only other characters in it other than balloon boy is the Sun and Moon faces. it's also where you find the last note from whoever was trying to solve the arcade machines, who I believe was probably Luis. The machine (afaik?) doesn't unlock anything, which I know Matt thinks it's because the arcade questline wasn't complete, but what if it's not incomplete? the only reason for it to be there, imo, if it doesn't *do* something, is to *BE* something. *WHAT IF IT'S LORE?* My wild guess is Daycare Attendant is, or is linked in some way, to Luis. in Balloon World you play as Balloon Boy chasing the glitches, which is *exactly* what Luis tried to do (if he is the one trying to solve the arcades). if you do it right, it then ends with the eclipsed Sun/Moon face creepily saying "good night". I have a few theories, but the main one is: Luis was using the Daycare Attendant's room during work hours to try and solve the arcades. he gets fired (maybe when all the staff were replaced by the bots?) and so he stays after hours to keep trying to solve them ("just one more night"), and then gets caught by Moon. killed, maybe? absorbed? OR. I don't know how Luis somehow *became* him so he could stay at the pizzaplex? Or got "glitched" into becoming him in his quest chasing the glitches. DA *is* one of the more human-shaped animatronics we have... Just very odd that there's a lot of links to Luis in that room, the last note of (probably) Luis in his arcade quest, and then the Balloon World being right there, to me, seems very on the nose if you think about it this way. It feels like too many connections to just brush off imo.
Another random thing, but something about the retro CD tapes I don't think I've seen mentioned before. Vanessa is patient 71, and her last tape is number 46. patient 46's tapes start on number 72. just an odd coincidence to me that seems to further point to a connection between the two patients.
Just did the survey! I'm so excited to see the theory when it comes out. Also I've really been enjoying this series; your discussion/breakdown of John's videos has been great, and it's even more exciting to have him here to react alongside you! Always delighted to see the FNAF Boys pop up in my recommended feed.
Not sure why they both continuously treat John like he is new to FNAF when he has stated multiple times that he has been following since the beginning..?
I love this trio so much, it is always a delight to see these 3 try to piece a confusing game like this together. I would love to see you do more together!
I actually have a theory for the illusion disk and the eyes that might make sense. I think vanny, whoever she may be, was fully ready to kidnap/murder/whatever you Gregory, but with Freddy being free from glitchtraps possession, posed a threat. She works on making an illusion disk that only works against Freddy as Gregory isn't a threat and the other animatronics are on her side. She does a test run *her prancing in front of the recharge* and confirms it worked by hearing Gregory and Freddy discussing it. When Freddy gets Roxy's eyes, either they're able to see through the solution or vannys specially tuned disk simply doesn't work against it. In conclusion: vanny specifically tuned the disk to work against the only threat to her, that being Freddy
Every one forgets about sun and moon but they are literally my favorite character (s) in this game. I hope they get something additional later on but it doesn't seem likely sadly.
ive been watching this channel and others for about 6 years, and i have subbed to this channel and others with 3 different accounts, and matpats channels have changed my life, and I am thankful to be apart of his survey, so, thanks, matpat
In a previous video, you guys said in the books Charlie had a twin brother that got kidnapped by Afton only to be revealed later on that it was actually another robot version of Charlie that was. Let’s say that in the game lore there was a kidnapping of a boy to only for it to be revealed that it was Charlie. In The Immortal and the Restless the couple has an argument whether the kid is the father’s or not. If the father is supposed to be William Afton, the baby could either be Michael or the crying child. If the vampire father is correct when saying “the baby isn’t mine” maybe it’s because he kidnapped the baby from Henry so he knows it’s not his. What if the baby was the crying child, which may explain why Afton monitored and tortured him with the nightmares. However, if you consider that the first three games were just games in the lore, that must mean FNAF 4 didn’t happen as depicted. In Security Breach, there’s multiple references to Charlie and not many for crying child. You can find on a door Charlie sick in the FNAF 4 bed that the crying child should be in. There’s also the small door/closet that most likely is a reference to the small closet where child Charlie was kept. Where else is closets seen in FNAF? FNAF 4 with the crying child; a game that isn’t completely true. MatPat said previously that he grapples with the idea of the existence of crying child, whether he’s real or not. I believe he didn’t exist and was a cover story for the kidnapping of robot Charlie as seen in the book. I also think child Charlie is going to play a big role in the new release in 2023 as there were too many references to that version of Charlie without her appearing as a character in Security Breach. FuhNaff pointed out in the graphic novel in one picture you can see Charlie holding a robot child sized head with blonde pigtails that looks almost identical to the little girl seen on the 2023 poster. If that girl was the child version of Charlie it would explain why she’s the only one in grey as she is lifeless or metallic as a robot would. Anyway those are my theories/predictions, what does everyone else think?
FANAF questions While watching this video, my Girlfriend and I were driving home and got to discussing some subjects brought up in this video. The most prominent question (I will have to go back and rewatch some videos to make sure this hadn’t been covered) is concerning who Vanny is. 1: is vanny and Vanessa the same person? Given this video, I think that is unlikely. 2: is Tape Girl, from VR, Vanny? That is possible because she is already possessed by Glitch Trap at the time of VR NOTE: the Vanessa tapes never explicitly state that the suit that was being made fit Vanessa. Maybe, it was for someone else: Tape Girl. 3: if someone hacked the system to get Vanessa hired, who did it? With Tape Girl being a game tester and was able to hide the tapes that leads to Glitch Trap being “set free” or able to possess one else, it is possible that she may have the skills to hack the hiring system to get Vanessa hired. My main problem with this is that if it was hacked and Vanessa was not being considered for the job the owner of the company would have just corrected the issue and not hired Vanessa. If I remembered everything we talked about, this brought up a big question. Considering that throughout the games, we have always played as a person who is a major player in the story. With Security Breach… we haven’t really figured out where Gregory came from. We play as a “new” person in the series (possibly) the main question is…. 4: is Vanny the FANAF VR protagonist, the character we play as? We know that our character in VR gets possessed by glitch trap in each ending. But we don’t know what happens after. It was brought up that both VR and Security Breach took place around the same time. Considering that fact security breach really kicks off after VR ends. We don’t know where Tape Girl is and we don’t know where our character went. What if the suit that was being made was being made for the VR protagonist (our character)? And the silent patient isn’t Gregory but is the VR Protagonist? That would explain why there isn’t a voice actor. Mathew “Fear” Patrick has stated before and even in his very first video that we are the villain or main character. Over the games we played as Michael Afton following his father to undo what he has done. What if it’s the same here but with a different view point? The character we played as in VR has become the Villain in Security Breach Vanny. Finally, 5: in the fire ending ( I have to go look at some photos and other videos) we see the face of Vanessa. What if she is in fact Elenor/Baby? We never see under the body of the costume only just behind the mask. Would we see the pins that baby has? What if the developers didn’t want to spoil it yet and just had Vanessa face as a place holder to keep us guessing while also leading us to the baby/Elenor theory? Again, I do plan on going back going over the past videos because some of this may have been cover and I apologize for my brain dump. If I missed something or need to make corrections, I will edit. Thank you for your time. Paulette
I'm so happy to watch the banter and just see how much more relaxed and in tune everyone is after just one video it's like they're already best friends

The Uncanny Valley feeling those faces give is on another level. Were there fully AI generated people there or just AI replicating existing photos?
I think it has to do with the images being mirrored rather than AI generated.
It was more like they mirrored the faces. Like both sides were the left side or both the right. Trying to make their faces symmetrical.
I also think it was something to do with mirroring of faces that make them feel off somehow.
I think some of them are AI-generated, some of them are real people but mirrored, and some of them are just normal photos of real people (like Steph's)
@@mayo5236 and I think we can all agree that steph is beautiful 😂 but the one of mats face mirrored was so unsettling 😂

I am very excited to see more colabs and, like he himself said, maybe even joins on the couch. I have a good feeling about the future of GT :}

Honestly, I wasn't going to say it. But yeah I think you're right. Some of the faces felt off. Others were rather normal.
Thanks for reading
(I'm sorry I've wanted to do that for a while)
@@kaiperkins9292 I wondered about that myself.

I was thinking it had to do with uncanny valley...images were manipulated...so I'm picking up what you're putting down. 👍
i was thinking about that as well as the other comment about the uncanny valley.
The images are actually mirrored, you can see it in the lighting on a few of them :)
I was thinking it might be somehow related to analog horror as it is something that happens in a lot of them that Matpat has covered recently, last i can remember about him calling it out was in the FNAF VHS TAPES, could be wrong though
And now you have tainted the dataset because people will be looking for it
We need more discussions with fuhnaff, it’s really nice to have someone who thinks a bit differently and watch them discuss their opinions
It's possible that the indie developer has more of a connection to the teams that make the other games.
stop wait that actually makes so much sense, i hope matpat or some other fnaf theorist sees your comment and explores it further

Matt connecting his Glitch Trap theory to Among Us is very unexpected lol
I love how Matpat sounds like a proud father 😍
New theory idea, Vanny creates Vanessa as a robot who doesn’t know that she is a robot and cannot see vanny’s room and mysteriously ether can’t see Vanny, or Subconsciously helps her but can’t remember it.

@@zech2702did the same thing-
yeah I noticed that aswell, wonder if it affected how we answered
I think that is a great idea.
@@BizzMRK isn’t a Scott game anymore sadly, when a game is handled by a company. It becomes pretty likely

The fact that I’ve never read any of the books but I’m never lost in the conversation says a lot about how much and how many times I’ve watched these theories LOL
That face test was...freaky. Felt like a dating simulation from Mandela catalogue lol.

I'm doing this survey and my god, this man is doing a video about symmetry in attractiveness isn't he.
Thats what I think.
Something that might help connecting Charlie to Baby lies in the letter Charlie finds (written by Henry) in the third novel, The Fourth Closet. Read this paragraph:
"Keep all the closets shut. I was able to stop him, and to seal away what he made, and you, Jenny, must ensure that the seal remains."
We have some paralels to the games here.
*WHAT IF IT'S LORE?*
My wild guess is Daycare Attendant is, or is linked in some way, to Luis. in Balloon World you play as Balloon Boy chasing the glitches, which is *exactly* what Luis tried to do (if he is the one trying to solve the arcades). if you do it right, it then ends with the eclipsed Sun/Moon face creepily saying "good night".
ID'S Fantasy has a pretty interesting take based on both yours and Fuhnaff's theory on the post it room in her channel.

Sun and Moon need to be explored more with that Arcade game and note in their "room".
I like it
Here's a possible name for the earpieces, kind of simple but this is what popped into my head at the moment:
- Counter-Illusion Earpieces
the uncanny faces in the survey are kind of scaring me ngl 😪
Wait Heather MASTERS? The Master is the voice of Vanessa that must mean this is a plot by him to take over humanity and beat the Doctor!
FANAF questions
While watching this video, my Girlfriend and I were driving home and got to discussing some subjects brought up in this video. The most prominent question (I will have to go back and rewatch some videos to make sure this hadn’t been covered) is concerning who Vanny is.
1: is vanny and Vanessa the same person? Given this video, I think that is unlikely.
2: is Tape Girl, from VR, Vanny? That is possible because she is already possessed by Glitch Trap at the time of VR
NOTE: the Vanessa tapes never explicitly state that the suit that was being made fit Vanessa.
I Can't wait for the RUIN DLC, and all of the secrets that will be hidden in it. Hope you've got enough sleep Matt.
I always imagined that the employee cut his face with the cutter because he was infected by glitch trap, and everytime he saw himself in the mirror.. he saw glitchtrap not himself. So he snapped.
Love these streams! Please keep bringing FuhNaff on these streams
