Because he wasn't voicing the truth. He was repeating lies.
The idea that Ukraine wanting to join the EU and NATO 'provoked' Russia into invading Ukraine is obviously a lie.
Ukraine is a sovereign state. It's entirely up to the people of Ukraine if they want to join the EU and NATO. They shouldn't accept being under the rule of Putin's mafia state in Russia.
It's interesting how supposedly patriotic Brits will contort themselves into knots when trying to maintain the belief that Farage is their saviour. Many Brits now believe that Russia is their friend and NATO the enemy, not exactly very patriotic.
Many people who got upset about Sunak disrespecting the soldiers who fought against fascism in WW2 now plan to vote for fascism in Britain by voting for Farage.

Right. If anything, this will bring Nigel and Reform even more support because we can all see what's going on. The establishment is spitting bullets because they know darn well Nigel is correct.
NATO, back in the 90s, assured Gorbachev, after the break up of the USSR, that NATO would not place itself on Russia's borders.
Then the EU promoted itself to the Eastern European states, promising them lots of money if they joined, knowing that NATO membership was compulsory for them.
Russia tolerated it but when the US and EU interfered in Ukraine in 2014 and courted the idea of Ukraine joining the EU and thus NATO, that's when the dye was cast.

@@MeM_UK Farage is a Putin puppet. They exist all over Europe and US in the right-wing parties. They're there for one purpose and that is to sow disunity within the Western nations in order to make them easier picking for Russia.
Why does Russia HATE NATO so much? Because it cannot bully NATO. It cannot extort or intimidate NATO. But, with the exception of the USA, it CAN bully and extort the individual nations that make up NATO and Russia would very much prefer a world in which it an do just that. Putin has a 19th- early 20th mindset whereby "great powers" are entitled to do what they want to smaller countries. You see exactly how this works with the likes of Georgia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. If the Baltics were not in NATO, he would have already invaded them too.
Russia sees the Eastern European states as THEIRS. Their property. But since these countries very wisely joined NATO, Russia can no longer bully them like before and the Kremlin absolutely HATES this in exactly the same was an abusive controlling ex-husband hates it when his ex-wife finds a new relationship with a strong, stable and non-abuse partner.

Videos like this that try to take Farage's words out of context because they can't criticise him in any other way will certainly not cause him to lose support.

These Reform Party bot accounts are amusing. One of them with multiple accounts is definitely Russian judging by consistent grammar error.
There isn't 'a' or 'the' in Russian, so the Russian bot often put a or the in front of the verb, rather than the noun.

Nigel said he will not have anything to do with the WEF, if you love Britain, you will back reform, because the WEF is enslaving every country. It's us against the globalists and the globalists control pretty much every party.

What does that peace look like? Russia taking everything and Ukraine being expected to just roll over and have to wait for another Russian invasion in 5 - 10 years? Because that's what Putin wants and Farage will just parrot whatever the Kremlin says.

  • @Dairy917

Well he’s getting my vote. Here’s why. The working class don’t care about Russias war with Ukraine. The British establishment is against me as a straight white working class English male who works. The establishment hierarchy places me bottom of the barrel, ignores me, calls me all the ists and isms and phobes. Smears me and all my brothers and sisters. So here’s my take and reasoning. If the British establishment is against Putin I am for Putin. The enemy of my enemy is my friend. The British establishment has made a enemy of its own native people. Just like it’s made a enemy of Putin.
