I used to work in one of the buildings of the Harrisburg State Hospital. I was a night shift staff member and had several encounters with paranormal entities one of which was quite dark and malevolent.
Thanks for checking out this video @josephroney3681. We appreciate hearing stories from your listeners. Can you share a little bit more about your experiences the hospital?
There is also the Perkasie Tunnel. A railroad Tunnel built in the 1850s and used by the old Philadelphia & Reading Railroad which existed until 1976 when it was absorbed into Conrail. The tunnel is haunted by three known Spectors. The most famous is that of a ghost train being driven by a headless engineer. The story goes on May 18th 1944 a passenger train being driven by a Charles Kraus was heading north along the Bethlehem Branch which the tunnel is located. Some say that Charles had a heart attack, others say he was leaning to far out the cab window of the locomotive. Whatever the case Krause's head struck the abutment of the south portal resulting in him being decapitated. The train continued all the way to Quakertown, the next stop on the line, when the fireman who had been busy shoveling coal realized the reason why the train wasn't slowing down managed to bring the train to a stop. Police and railroad officials went back to the tunnel to look for the engineer's head but couldn't find it. It is said if you go to the tunnel at midnight, walk from the south portal to the north portal and put your ear to the track. That will bring the ghost train manned by the headless engineer who will proceed to chase you through the tunnel. If you make it out your safe, but if you don't the engineer will run you down and cut off your head with his train. The other ghosts are said to be that of a woman who gave birth out of wedlock in the late 1800s and hung herself from the ventilation shaft in the middle of the tunnel, and the other is the ghost of a little girl who was hit by a train while playing inside the tunnel.
So much sadness from both sides can be felt at Gettysburg. War is such a powerful piece of time where many factors come together and the enormous loss is impossible to fathom but can almost be felt on battlefields and surrounding areas.
When I was a teen. I helped to plant trees at HBG hospital. We found human remains while digging to plant trees. We were across the road from one of the boiler towers.
I have an infatuation and kind of a love for the paranormal, and I don't know why , I haven't had any paranormal experiences but I have always loved watching Ghost Adventures and ghost hunters and of course the G.H. intl since early 2000s
I love paranormal and supernatural stuff too. Probably why I love supernatural/paranormal movies. I have had a paranormal experience before. It’s honestly not fun to go through.
Absolutely! Actually, James, we're just finishing up with redoes from our past videos (which were too short and full of inconsistencies). Expect a LOT more new content in the near future. Any special, local requests?

There are things far older and darker in that area.
Cool. Ho many tunnels, etc. We're used in the underground railroad?
Being on the bridge at Sach's is actually the safest place to be. There is something much worse than human spirits in the woods.
I went to the Carnegie library of homestead every day after school ❤️❤️ since I lived in homestead

Girl interrupted scenes were filmed at the HBG hospital.
