You can also receive a member-only video where I fully explain how I fix the team, but if you'd like to just do this part via discord call, this is fine. Tier 3 -$9.99: Here we can BUILD a team from scratch rather than simply fix a squad. This can be done via discord call, as well as a dedicated member-only video for it. Tier 4 - $14.99: With this, you're able to send pokemon showdown battle replays to me via discord. Here, we help look and analyze your games and offer advice and suggestions to improve understanding of battle mechanics and thought process turn by turn.
Of any content I ever have seen, you always explain and organize speed tier information so we’ll and make it so simple and easy to understand, started watching your content about two years ago and had zero knowledge of competitive play, now I have a pretty good idea of it but hadn’t played in months so come back every now and again to brush up on my basics and your channel is always so informative and makes things seem so much less complicated and so much more manageable, you rock!
Thanks for watching, all! Hopefully these speed tiers give can help you in your teambuilding moving forward. Do you think we left anything out? Let me know in the comments!
I watched this twice, I have to say I never realized how insanely good tailwind is. I never understood the number difference it makes until this point. I made a Google sheet with a "heatmap" and it's crazy how much tailwind changes things.
Hello! I'm new in pokemon VGC but you're video are superb and very useful to improve! Thank you so much! Only one question: when you talk about Urshifu, you mention CSR what are they? PS. Happy 2025 to you! 🎉
First of all Happy New Year and all my best wished for 2025! :) I have seen a couples of your videos by now and they have been interesting. Thanks again for the usefull information. ;) Over a few days I need to start working again...my 2 week vacation is almost over :( , but now I can even work better on my possible team(s) because this video. The past 2 weeks I have been busy with different stuff besides Pokémon, but the teams I have uptill this moment are starting to get some form. They are based on/of other player's teams or some are my own creation, but we'll see how far they can go. XD I just kinda have one question...what's CSR or some similar abriviations?
With unique spreads try to go equal amounts of defense and attack and figure out through playtesting how much of each you actually want. But I wager you'll want a bunch of attack to secure KOs into Rillaboom or whatnot. I imagine such a fast Incineroar could be good on a sun team where you can afford a lot of bulk instead and rely on Sun Boosted flare blitz
What are your thoguhts on talonflame this format? Im thinking of using it as a way to set tailwind and shut down amoonguss calyrex in tr with wide guard zama
Talonflame is also really good at shutting down other tailwind setters or forcing the tera on them instead. However for Tornadus it needs to hit it with a boosted brave bird. It stars best on teams that are already really fast where it can support with Quick Guard and priority Tailwind/Brave Bird.
Yes but we're discussing the "relevant" meta threats here and its not a speed tier to consider unlike Sword & Shield. The regieleki is seldomely used this generation with the lone exception as a niche option on the Ice Rider team this format. At 0.78% usage, we can ignore it for now.

oh god can’t wait to see choice scarf tailwind regieleki in the 1200s on showdown
Trick Room says hello
I think you missed the point of their comment hahahah
You can!
@@nir0x95 you absolutely missed it
@@nir0x95 I thought I heard that if your speed gets TOO high, it will actually bypass Trick Room.

super informative as always, happy new year!
happy new year!

Yup! It allows you to reconfigure your spreads and have more in bulk without needing as much speed. It's a x2 multiplier if you read it on showdown
Yay! Speed tier video is here!
yes!

Oh now I understand, calyrex shadow raider ... sorry 😅
Yes haha that's the abbreviation for it
Thank you for all the helpful videos!
Glad you watched them!

CSR means Calyrex Shadow Rider! Glad the information can help!
Happy new year! How would you EV a 112 speed incineroar?
happy new year! You can put it all in HP or all attack. It is a cursed set

I think it can work in some cases but it is niche. You're still open to the tera on the amoongus and spore
@@CloverBells Thats why i was considering running googles with quick guard

@VballDozo I don't think that helps it
@@flygawnebardoflight I think it's best niche is to slap Life Orb on it to pick up KOs and partner it with chien pao and zamazenta.
Hey question, what does csr means i'm new to competitive
Do you mean CSR? It's the short acronym to calyrex shadow rider
I need a damage tiers video.
😂😂
Defense tiers better smh 🤣

There would be justice in this world if they didn't let caly speed creep dragapult

shadowrider is not the fastest in the format. Forgot about regieleki
