I always respect someone who isn't afraid to take the toy apart. Most people just play with it.
Nice guy building great products in the USA 🇺🇸. Thanks for making the video
Hearing him share the full process so openly was very interesting. It always floors me at what a small shop like this can create. I've got a friend who runs a machine shop and when I get an opportunity to go watch the action there, I am just in awe of the knowledge, skills and tools they make the magic with. Recently I got to watch the process of a ~2000lbs block get milled down to the most detailed part I could imaging.
In the video, you mentioned you are in the data science field. Curious as to what you do? I've been in the data, and analytics space for a long time myself

Very impressed by the professionalism and dedication from this gentleman and company
The first Stark Varg is definitely with the right person. Thank you bwhaskell
That guy seems really, really smart. The hardware, software and people setup there is very impressive. I am also a little surprised on how open/forthcoming this engineer seemed to be... he probably realizes that even with this divulged knowledge, not many people out there have the capital or the expertise to use this info??? If I ever need clamps in the future, I would seriously consider Luxon. Thanks for the video.
PS: You touched on this... most riders adapt to their bike, whereas some adjust their bikes to their preference.
What a video man!!! I love this stuff!!
Awesome tour. Thanks for the footage. Might get Luxon clamps next time I need some !
Those cnc machines are something else 🤟 beautiful anodized clamps 👍💯🇬🇧 Geometry 🤟
Great parts Beautifully Made Mick Australia.
Really cool and definitely geeking out!! Can’t wait to get my Varge!!!
machining is always super cool!!

Very cool
Wow nice shop cool manager great biz!
To simple to appreciate this tek(BLING)?
Riding hang on bars crank throttle grin holler on occasion...
I had sent a message to stark to let them know that it was better to have the top and bottom bolts of the triple clamp on the opposit side, or maybe there design had something to do with the handling but never got an answer on that one. I am happy to see that he confirmed it.
I was surprised because not only you have the bolt on top on the rider side, but the bolt on the bottom are exposed to dirt and chock.
6.2.23 Bryan, all those luxon machines are amazing. Why would one be making Stark parts like the front end parts like you showed? Would they be better? Thanks to Billy for explaining how the clamps work. Good question asking Bryan.
The oem Stark Varg clamps are amazing but they dont have offset adjustability and only have 1 bar mount position. Luxon clamps will provide those options for customers!
Your watching the future of motocross 😎
Is there electric connections for a headlight and or turn signals
So what's safety protocols handling 400 odd volts of DC?
I'm assuming that's the output of the charger?
I love how you americans say Stark Varg. A little bit different in Swedish. Anyway Luxon seems to push the R&D, i find it interesting that they are not on any full factory team, they deserve it.
There are some well known teams across the world that run Luxon products. The ClubMX Yamaha team runs luxon triple clamps
Are these available for the Varg now?
So is this thing worth spending 13k on or not? By the time you get a new 450, put suspension on it, keep up with oil and filters, etc it's in the neighborhood anyway. I love the adjustable hp feature.. that's my biggest problem! I can't hang on.. sometimes I ride 8x a month sometimes once. Isn't reliable? Is it convenient enough to deal with? Thanks!
I dont want a stark now . Because the top triple clamp pinch bolts are backwards
😂
@@21AirDrop im gettin 2024 wr 450 instead .
ambiguity on the development or advertising bad habit
Big question of mine has been can you run the bike without the phone, I know the benefits it provides but is it mainly just the screen to the interface.
Yes you can, I know this because he mentions this a couple of vids back 🙏👍🤠🤟
Won’t be long & big brother will be shutting your bike down via the phone , or jamming it making unable to ride certain areas or times 😂 or paid subscription for maps 😂
I wouldn’t touch it looks nice as is a graphic here or there ,
Been enjoying the videos though always nice to see someone have fun at the track 👍
Hope your front end doenst snap off.
Funny how the owner is a constant sellsman for it. Lmao
It would have been nice if the mechanical engineer owner could have finished explaining each subject without the constant interruption to his presentaion and train of thought. But hey, I can appreciate the youthful enthusiasm.
Isn't that the guy that's always on vital talking about triple clamp failures?
geek
Geek 😂
i guess Stark will love that reverse engeneering/stealing of technology from their first customer witch they did treat with factory tour and so on... :)
what an awkward introvert.
