    Hi ,may I know the 70g active starter is the discard starter fr fridge ,or I have to newly feed the old starter fr fridge ,then wait for it to peak about 3hrs later ?

      Can use active discard. But I m using newly feed active starter.

      I m going to try it out , I started learning natural yeast baking just a few weeks ago when my friend gave me 40g of the starter .
