Such a visually beautiful video. Thank you for your effort - you really can see the love put into the video. It really helped me make scones out of my sourdough discard😊

First time I've ever made scones, let alone with my discard. They came out great!

These were amazing! THANK YOU! I'm finally using my discard and it feels great.
I subbed in 50 g raw milk with 30 g organic heavy whipping cream instead of buttermilk bc i didn't have it on hand & i used italian "00" flour and these turned out fabulous!!! I had a tea luncheon at my house and the scones were the star of the show.

oh i also doubled the recipe and used a smaller glass mason jar to get smaller scones and i got 19! they still went fast ;-)

This is good, thank you. Mixing with the hands cannot make the hands dirty because the food is not dirty.

Hi, I liked your recipe, just a question: I wonder if more butter could be added to form enough "pockets" in the dough or you don't recommend? Thanks.

Well, yes. There are already recipes with more ratio of butter than mine, so I am sure its fine. My speculations is that it might become a bit messier, so keep the temperatures low.
