Nice video, but i have a doubt, many videos showing to add Kashmiri chilli powder, but we always use normal red chilli powder in basmati biriyani, should we add kashmiri chilli for seeraga samba biriyani? whats the difference between these 2 chilli powders? which has more effect and taste? please clarify. I feel normal red chilli powder itself good.
Yes you are correct. Normal chilli powder is good and gives nice taste, we are adding kashmiri chilli powder to the biryani to get attractive colour with less spice but this is not necessary you can add normal chilli powder
