- Join us as we stop at Buc-ee's in Athens Alabama. This location was opened November 2021. It has 120 fueling stations and 53,000 square feet of retail space and their World Famous Clean Bathrooms. We will show you what we bought at this Buc-ee's - our haul! Buc-ee's is all about the snacks and their known for their smoked brisket.

Another great video! We live about 45 minutes from this Buc-ee. It can be overwhelming when it is so crowded but I do agree that the bathrooms are the best!

That was an early start for sure. Great weather though. What an amazingly large 'pit top' facility. We don't have anything as large and varied as that here. My husband would love all those sweet items Terri. I' more a savory lover myself so a sausage biscuit or something cheesy is more my style. Loved seeing inside one of these Buc-ees again. A real eye opener. Thanks for taking me on this ride. Not quite that early though. Happy travels. 🧋🥮🌮👌🇳🇱🙋♀🇳🇿
It was an early start that day for sure. Buc-ee’s is a phenomenon that is sweeping the U.S. It seems they keep getting bigger and better and more locations.

We enjoyed seeing your 2nd visit to a Buc-ee's, Terri and Keith. They're amazing places! Some of the food is great and that would be our favorite things we've ever purchased at one. Great BBQ and brisket! Haven't been to this one, but have stopped in Athens quite often so I believe this one may be new. Passing though again in about a week. But, we do take a pit stop at the Rocket Ship right before! Maybe we'll take two stops next week! Get something to go like you. I've been impressed with the wages they offer too. Thanks for the tour.

Buc-ee's! We have been to three different Buc-ee's but I don't think I have ever seen a car wash at one before. The food here is so good. We still have so much we want to try there. Maybe not their iced coffee options though. Thanks for sharing the Athens, Alabama Buc-ee's with us!

They are currently building one near us in New Kent county. About half way between us and Williamsburg. It will be an interesting stop off on a day trip to the Williamsburg area for us. Kind of reminds me of a Stuckey's but on steroids. Thanks. Steve
They have definitely redefined the typical roadside pit stop. They are springing up everywhere!
We went to a Buc-ee's once but I think it was in/near Mobile. I took a picture of a Tshirt and it only said Alabama on it. We didn't buy anything but I did check out the clean restrooms! 😁
The restrooms are great! They had a family bathroom which was nice for our son who sometimes needs help.
Whenever we take a road trip, we have to stop a Buc-ee's. It's the brisket for me and the chocolate chip cookies.

We love Buc-ees. There is one just south of Lexington KY we hit. Love the cheap fuel. Try to plan it out to get 50+ gallons when we stop. Not too sure about the restrooms. We use the one in the Cottage.
They really are the cleanest restrooms out on the road that we have ever experienced. Hope you guys had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
