I want to get into RealEstate but I'm nervous about giving up my current job that I love but income is very limited and I have a child to take care of so I need more income for both of our futures. Not sure how I can juggle my current job while getting into realestate
यदेव तीव्रसंवेगात् दृढं कर्म कृतं पुरा । तदेव दैवशब्देन पर्यायेणेह कथ्यते ॥ - योगवासिष्ठ Transliteration: yadeva tīvrasaṃvegāt dṛḍhaṃ karma kṛtaṃ purā । tadeva daivaśabdena paryāyeṇeha kathyate ॥ - yogavāsiṣṭha Meaning of the subhAShita: Whatever actions were performed with steadfast effort before (desire prompted actions) , the same perhaps are alternatively referred to as 'destiny' today. Commentary: Someone once said, 'I seldom end up where I wanted to go, but almost always end up where I need to be!' That is so true for all beings, only acknowledging it is essential. But then, can one resign himself to fate and say that he had no influence? Well, maybe to some extent. But the buck stops there. The place where one stands today maybe because of his prior actions, which he doesn't have much of a say. But then, doesn't what he makes of the circumstances today, dictate his fate for his bright future tomorrow! One needs to accept the situations to a certain level. But then, making the best out of those scenarios and sowing seeds which sprouts, grows , buds and blossom forth and frution for a huge harvest of the fruits of his actions for a better tomorrow is, entirely in his making. Actions are the seeds of fate that eventually grow into destiny! It is the choices, not chances, that form one's destiny. Destiny is shaped in those decisive moments. So it is certainly not beyond one's control, rather, it is very much in one's own restraint! Make the best of today, for a better and bright future of tomorrow and for all time yet to come like the fruit bearing tree which gives it's fruits through the medium of time coupled with indomitable efforts. pada vigrahaH: यत् एव तीव्र-संवेगात् दृढं कर्म कृतं पुरा । yat eva tīvra-saṃvegāt dṛḍhaṃ karma kṛtaṃ purā । तत् एव दैव-शब्देन पर्यायेण इह कथ्यते ॥ tat eva daiva-śabdena paryāyeṇa iha kathyate ॥

@@KevinWardNOW btw you're an awesome guy
These are the kind of IMMIGRANTS we need in our country. Making something of themselves instead of living off my tax dollars while I struggle.
Maybe you should start taking accountability for your own struggle
Content is OK but the guy is scamming.
