@GriggsMedia you are using the one from 2022 stock, or is it from mid 2023 or 24? Because they introduced some changes in the new stock of k688 due to the known usb type c issues. Does that have a positive or negative impact?
I actually got a second one of these from Amazon after shooting this video, and the second one came in the red and black box. I’ve looked at both mics, and they appear to be identical, so it looks like just an alternate packaging.

The one I have is the updated version. I can’t speak to the old version, but I haven’t had any issues with this one.

Is the packaging changed of fifine k688 in new model bcs in some review the box is coloured with red and black
