1. Is there a particular order you'd recommend reading your ebooks?
2. Will you be creating a paid video course anytime soon? + If so, how long would it be till it's out?
My ebooks are more or less independent of each other. I made them such that there would be no confusion between information.
I am currently looking into a paid video course. However, since that is an area of aspect that I'm new to and such is relatively different from that of ebooks, it will take me a bit of time to have it produced and consumed commercially

Love your content and how far you come, I have been getting on the same journey for a month, in order to progress, do I need to train everyday? high volume or rest between days and work out say 3 days per week will be better?
Training every single day will lead to over-training, which can reduce or even reverse your progress; your muscles need time to rest, because this is when they actually get stronger. I recommend choosing a split such as Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, etc. However you spread it out, make sure to do 10-20 quality sets near failure and allow 48-72 hours of rest before training the same muscle again. This will allow you to train with even more volume while also allowing your muscles time to rest and recover.

Hey Caliversity, I have a problem. So I have migraines and every time I train hard I get it and get a massive headache and need to puke. But I really want to train. I am going to the doctor to get stronger medication. I hope it will work so I can start training.
