Two problems with that as much as I would love it to be true.
1) They are appealing the decision.
2) Unfortunately it was not a criminal act to misuse it.
You have to remember the people that make these rules want to make sure if they break these rules that they are not actually punished in the way that you or I would be punished.
If he can't leave the country Canadian taxpayers would save billions on his Jet Fuel bills and we would cut CO2 emission. That is a win win for everyone.

What a good idea. Except for one thing. Why the need to only message about cutting the carbon tax? Furthermore that is an interesting turn of a phrase when going from, "Cut the carbon tax." -- To, "Clear carbon tax messaging." What in blazes is that phrase supposed to mean instead? Does it have anything to do with grammary during tax season when making phone calls and sending out emails while looking for the best tax service agency or what? At any rate woudn't it be nice if the 3 amigos running for the position of prime minister of Canada soon could stop messaging and just get right to the cutting of that carbon tax while sending those out to lunch security crews here in Edmonton, Alberta Canada home for good? Home for good with 3 square meals a day and a nice warm bed in jail.

It was the conservative paid media before 2015, but no one complained then. Smarten up.
CBC is partially funded by the Government of Canada... not the Liberal or Conservative party.
I am curious where you go to get informed though, as it's not like corporate media (the alternative to publicly funded media) does not have it's own problems and biases.
