I thought it would end with the customer walking away defeated yet again and the staff high fiving each other behind her back with Trent saying something like "I don't even have kids! Mwa ha ha!" - and that would work without or even WITH the katie reveal! 😂 But their ending was great too - unexpected and hilarious. 😂

Had prescription pills (you know, the good ones) stolen from the bottle in our checked luggage on our most recent flight with american airlines. They did nothing, even though it would be a federal offense in this case. We even tried a police report with Peel and it went nowhere. That's when it really hit home there is absolutely no oversight in these situations. Lost luggage is an inconvenience, but stolen pills, money, etc, needs some way to track WHO handles each piece of luggage. There needs to be accountability.

OMG, this just happened to me a few days ago, and by some miracle, I did get the bag back, and I didn't even get the satisfaction of yelling at some baby.
Passengers go to vancouver, baggage goes to heksinki.

Dude, if someone said that they were distracted because of raising their kids I'd be so pissed! We all are raising our kids and working, and why is your kid with you at work? Especially when your job is to lug bags on and off airplanes? That's not an excuse. You come to work to do a competent job, so do it and fix your mistake. Sorry, I teach highschool, I'm worried these kids won't do well with responsibility in the future.
You're worried high schoolers won't be able to manage responsibility because fictional airport employees bring their toddlers to work?
Here I was mistaken in my belief that uneducated and incompetent people were at fault for a lack of conscientiousness when they were they were in fact pondering sophisticated and complex life issues. Lol, just kidding Freedom Convoyers.
