Kristi this used to my jam. I wore for longest time. Ok I need to know if you have tried Dior forever glow foundation and Dior Forever Glow multi use complexion enhancing booster? I got the IL Makiage but I'm returning it, it was 14 day trial. So I still need to find a foundation. The laser one I used was Jennifer Bradley 4 in 1 camera ready foundation. I loved it, but I think I need something more moisturizing. I'm gonna be honest, I don't put moisturizer on before foundation. I never have, I guess that is probably want something that is moisturizing. This is tough trying to find the right products for our skin now.
So funny how we have our oldie but goodies right Erin lol!! Although I love the consistency of Dior products unfortunately all the glow line is packed with pore clogging ingredients!! 😭 So they are a no for my skin type but if you don’t have enlarged pores or acne prone skin then definitely try because they look beautiful! 🥰

Lancome Oh my gosh I always loved it and I wore that and their mascaras were so great. I would absolutely go back to this. I gotta finish watching your thoughts on this new formula. I really wanted the Dior to be good. So products that have "glow, luminous, radiant, dewy" will emphasize pores? My chin and occasionally cheek area breaks out now😢 and that want to avoid.
@r-erin2go380 oh my goodness I was obsessed with my Lancôme mascaras!! And yes unfortunately that’s my trouble areas as well! So my dr and I figured that coconut alkalines aka coconut oil is the worse possible thing to put on your face if you struggle with pores or any kind of breakouts! The minute I eliminated Capric Caprylic triglycerides, or any type of coco alkalines my skin cleared up, dramatically! She basically told me it’s like suffocating your pores because it’s such a thick texture and it’s such an emollient texture, which makes make up and skin care glide on smooth but in the meantime, it’s really doing nothing for your pores and for anyone with acne, prone skin! My skin has been so clear for the last six months and recently tested out a product that had coconut alkalines and realized oh my gosh it is the corporate because I had my first break out in six months so frustrating! Not all glowy products have it but a lot of them I would say a majority of them do, which is why I like to do these reviews to let you guys know the ingredients because that is so incredibly important and not enough influencers do that and people end up wasting their money on products that break out their skin. A lot of companies are using these type of ingredients because they are cheap ingredients to put in products to make them softer and make people feel like the product is so luxurious and smoothing but unfortunately not enough influencers talk about it so companies don’t listen and they just keep putting it in all of these products, especially clean brands! All the articles that you find that say coconut oil is fine for the skin are typically branded or paid articles so I trust my doctor more than anything. And not every skin type reacts that way, but it’s just something that has been so successful for my skin staying away from. I truly love my Maybelline skin tint with vitamin C, because it gives me that luminosity and glow from within, but has no poor clogging ingredients and it just wears so incredibly good on my skin. The foundation that I am reviewing tomorrow is actually a really beautiful luminous foundation that gives a beautiful glow with a lot more coverage reminding me a lot of this Lancome foundation with without the sunscreen which I like because chemical sunscreen break out as well. It also is not packed with poor clogging ingredients, which is a win-win!! Definitely check it out tomorrow. 😘❤️

I hope these don’t oxidize anymore. I used to wear shade 100N (I think) and it oxidized almost 2 shades in about 20min 🙄 and I remember when this was $45 maybe about 15 years ago 😂
Hi Brooke!!! Omg you look so young!! besides the sunscreen, that was one of my biggest complaints with Lancome was there concealer and foundation oxidized so much! I don’t feel like this one oxidized as much, but there is some oxidizing, so please keep that in mind! Typically with foundations that have sunscreen, they are going to oxidize even more than normal foundations would with our natural oils. It’s so frustrating and I completely hear you on that because the finish of this is so beautiful. And their neutral used to be so warm. I remember in the past two and I did get a warm shade, but I think I would’ve actually liked a more neutral shade with this foundation. Definitely let me know if you do try it if you have any of those issues so I can keep the Glamfam updated. Hope you’re having a wonderful Sunday and a blessed week ahead. ❤️😘🤗
Hi honey! They reformulated last year but Ulta pop this up as new so I just purchased to see if it was different but this could be the same! I’m kinda confused too lol! I want to say what they did was add more shade and a little more skincare in this new release! Ulta and Sephora have as new so I think it’s the shades more than anything they do that a lot!

I’m between this foundation I have shade 135N or Estée Lauder double wear shade warm porcelain or Makeup Forever original HD skin shade R105.
