7 years ago I had a traumatic accident that left me wheelchair bound. I suffer prom chronic depression and anxiety, I even get panic attacks. I always have nightmares about that night, you could say I’ve got PTSD from the accident. I have trouble staying asleep, in a good day I wake up 4 times during the night. I have been using this video 3 nights in a row, and I haven’t woke up NOT EVEN A SINGLE TIME throughout the night (or not that I remember). This is incredible, you’ve saved my life, quite literally. Thank you so so so much, I deeply appreciate it. I’m not religious, but I’m sending much love and good vibes in your way❤️🩹
I am absolutely thrilled for you …what a complete turn around. You sound like you’ve been through a lot. I’m so glad you discovered this. It’s amazing how sometimes something so simple can be effective. I understand that you go through some anxiety and suffering at times… Just so you know if ever you need to chat I’m always here to lend an ear
My family is super loud and combined with my adhd, studying is often impossible. This video has saved me throughout my undergrad. Very thankful I found this
A someone who struggles with hearing every noise, no matter how silent, this video has been a blessing for the past few years. I basically have it on every day.
Same here. I usually listen to “The Relaxed Guy’s” rain or the ocean sounds which I absolutely love but the variance in the rhythm interrupts my sleep. I accidentally came across this and never heard of brown noise before. I’ve only heard of white noise which is too loud and high pitched for me. This is like a combination of soft steady rain and the ocean without variance of rhythm… I think I found the perfect sound for sleep soundly.
Hello. I'm a collector of fine brown noises, and I must say this is quite a nice brown noise. I will add this to my collection of other brown noises. Thank you for sharing this brown noise.
My favorite brown noise is the one that goes "SSSSSHHHHHHHH" the DJ (DJ Brown) played it all night long at Club Brown in Brownsville. Free Brownies on entry.
Noisey office. Chatter from multiple phone conversations. Engineering language all around. Never ending throat clearing and caughing. Then the cubicle with leaky earbuds of non stop rave music this early in the morning. Your brown noise track has restored sanity to my mind. Such a nice discovery.
Same here. 24m² office with 6 colleagues whose only tool of persuasion is to talk louder. Radio booming in the background. Me trying to do some complex coding. In noise lies salvation.
My brother-in-law in the other room has been playing the same 4 chords in the same rhythm on his guitar for the past two years. Thank Christ for this video.
My diagnosed PTSD gives me horrible nightmares, which make me grit my teeth and give me horrible migraines. This is one of only two things I've found that has ever made that stop, and the one I listen to most often. Thanks for your help boss, you've eased another troubled mind.
roman im so sorry to hear that..I have ptsd too and acupuncture has been the best thing for it so far, just in case you haven't tried that. I hope you find some more healing.
I’m amazed how helpful it has been to so many… I often found brown noise was quite effective for myself over the years and decided to share one that I created… Had no idea it would be so useful for so many
Being forced to study and do school indoors is turning out to be a nightmare. The neighbours won’t shut up, babies crying, people rebuilding the apartment next door. This helps
I feel bad for you young people, this is just not right. My son is losing it because he can't party with his friends. I hope this is over soon for the sake of the young people.
My dad is currently on home office and he's the noisiest person ever and what's worse, I've just started my long distance graduation. Strangling parents is a crime so I'm trying to rely on noise blockers, which don't always work. This video still helps though.
I have misophonia, and the simple noises of breathing, chewing, a fan or the voices of downstairs give me panic attacks or lead to me freaking out. This sound helped me a lot for the past 9 months it has calmed me, Thank you :)
They do, there is this great musician called “the ocean” Unfortunately they only do live concerts and don’t post their music anywhere unless someone records it Playing at any local beach, they’re a large band too
oh Katrina I am so sorry. I can only say I am glad this is helping to shut things off for you so you can get some sleep. If you need a chat I am always here too
I hope you're doing well, I totally understand that feeling and I hope that you keep finding ease going to sleep. I had to do the exact same thing recently when 2 of my pets died to even stop thinking about it. We're here for you, Katrina ❤
I am so so sorry to hear that, may he rest in peace. I’m not religious, but I’d like to think that you have an angel looking over you now. I’m sending strength and good vibes to you Katrina, you’ve got this! Much love🫶🏻
this is insane. i live in the noisiest flat on campus and i'm super sensitive to noise, so when i don't want to go out on a saturday but there are parties everywhere, this paired with a comfort tv show and my noise cancelling headphones makes me unable to hear a thing!!! thank you, from a tired student
exactlyyyy!! i use them like this only me neighborhood is so busy and i am trying to focus on my studies so i just play this music on my noise cancelling headphones it works just so well After some time i just forget that something is even playing i become so focused !!! and the noise and headphones do their work so great too !
00:00:21 - Brown noise 02:36:45 - Ruído marrom 03:57:33 - Sound of the brown 05:59:16 - Now that’s what I call brown 07:03:17 - Hello browness my old friend 09:45:34 - Brown of the underground
i cant thank you enough for this. i live in a very noisy household and it’s really hard for me to study and this helped me complete one whole chapter of what i’ve been trying to study. thank you sm :)
I’m poor asf and can’t afford noise canceling headphones so this noise really helps me! I’m autistic btw and I get super overwhelmed very easily in public.
I am not endorsing their product, but Sony's noise cancelling sport earbuds (the ones with the odd rubber C shape thing that helps push against the ear to keep the earbud in) actually has impressive noise cancelling. I can leave it in without sound and sincerely can't hear someone talking ten feet away from me - with sound, even at .3 the volume, they could be literally a foot away from me speaking at full, non-yelling volume and I would think they were just miming words.
My husband and I prefer different levels of activity. He needs noise and distraction in order to focus, while I need quiet and stillness. We've been married 13 years, and still can't stand being away from each other, so we always use alternatives like this to help us deal with that. With this playing in my headphones, I can cuddle him on the couch while he's got the TV going, and still focus in on writing on my laptop without being distracted.
Me in my mind, "What is brown noise??". Brown Noise: *wind that never stops blowing, waves that never stop crashing, and heavy rain that never stops pouring*
I’m sensitive to sound and so whenever I have an overload and everything seems super loud to me I put on my headphones and listen to this. When paired with my “soundproof” headphones, the rest of the world goes quiet and I can calm down. This is the best thing.
As someone who has pretty bad anxiety and a fair serving of ADHD, this has helped me so much. I just discovered this today and I'm so glad I did! I work a full time job, plus a part time plus battle for my degree. Into my chaotic world, thank you for bringing some peace ❤
Wow Dana, I came to this vid trying to cancel noise at my office, but reading your comment reminded me of my stupid ass neighbor. He does EXACTLY the same. Not for 12 hours, though I would've already killed him. Do it, I'm sure nobody will miss that unconsiderate little bitch.
I hear ya. Every single night, well past midnight, my upstairs neighbors just bang. I don't know what the hell one can do to cause so much noise, so consistently, but it sounds like they drop things every 5 seconds for hours on end. I don't care about the noise if it's during waking hours, but damn when it's 1am and I gotta get up early, it's just rude.
As someone with extreme sensitivity to loud noises, this helped me so so much. I have severe anxiety and have a harder time with repetitive noises (I'm the annoying guy telling you to stop tapping your foot or clicking your pen, please, hahah), and during the months of Spring, Summer and Autumn the building hires leaf blowers to clean up the garage entrance... which is RIGHT next to my office window. I have been gritting my teeth and on the brink of anxiety attacks every day, this was the ONLY THING that helped me. Thank you so much, I really appreciate this!
It's called Misophonia. I have it too. I use combinations of white and brown noise, noise cancelling headphones (I find Bose QC 35 1 the best), I bought a bluetooth JBL Charge 3 speaker for the brown noise (very happy with it). Yeah, it's difficult to live with it. And, yeah, thanks, Relaxed Guy :)
I’ve been struggling with misophonia for most of my life but it’s gotten worse recently. I just got devices like hearing aids and started therapy to help it hopefully
As someone who suffers from bad insomnia this kinda helped but now I'm sleepy, Goodnight morning or afternoon. Also make sure you *Went to the bathroom* *Ate* *Drank water* *Took a shower* *Be kind cause it could make someone happy* *And try to get as much rest as you need.* Edit: *Also! If you're struggling thru something right now.. I believe in you!*
These comments are both equally heartbreaking and hilarious. Do only cool people listen to brown noise? I like all of you. Good vibes. Much love to those of you being yelled at or drowning people out. Know that it will change some day. Stay strong.
I don’t think it’s necessarily the ‘cool’ thing to listen to. Many people just prefer it over white noise because it’s deeper and easier on their ears. :)
@@amandaeliz745 i don’t listen to it anymore I used it for low frequency sounds which was bothering me bc of extreme stress . But The best thing that helped me was just stop focusing to much. Kept working on if for a month straight just to remind myself to don’t give af ..
Just started college and I already knew that I was going to have MAJOR problems trying to focus, and so my therapist recommended brown noise. I just spent time reading one of my college books and I was able to fully focus and take meaningful notes with this in the background. Thank you so much! (And if anyone has any other tips for being able to study/manage time/not procrastinate that would be greatly appreciated!)
Here are tips for procrastinating that I like to use: If you ever feel like not doing or work or lazy, just start doing work for even 3-5 minutes. Just by doing this, this gets me in the mood to do my work and simply just finish it. Also, remember to take breaks! the in built clock app in windows is really helpful.
Oh wow this actually works - and i was looking for something to block out my mum and dad arguing for the last four hours so that i could concentrate on studying
When i hear this i feel like I’m sitting in the middle of a big plane with big deep engines on both sides idling through the dark night outside. This is very relaxing for my ears. thank you so much.
I have been listening for 3 months my neighbors have been stomping, slamming doors, kids running around and I can't thank you enough for this. I play this while editing and creating videos it really tunes them out so I can get work done.
I have this saved permanently on my Safari so it is just a click away. So I can have it during forced family time. When my dad has the volume at 63, I can ignore the sound and the fact that he uses an uneven number. When my mom is screaming about nobody knowing how to put away the dishes or help out around the house, I can continue doing my own thing, with my homework. When my brother is watching a twitch stream on his phone without headphones, I can just plug in. I have been listening to this for a few days now and I've only made it to the 5 and a half hour mark because of how productive it's making me! Thank you!!
@@Teal_Moon That's so rude. Why don't you have some empathy for someone having family issues? You don't know someone's story, so stop accusing people of complaining and try having some compassion for others.
This plus my weighted blanket, a memory foam pillow, and a cloth heated bag are an amazing combination for helping me sleep through the night 70-80% of the time. Thank you :)
@@mariabui2969 Well I’m a light sleeper and I have anxiety, so my brain has a hard time shutting down at night, and it takes me about an hour to fall asleep. The heated bag + pillow + blanket + brown noise combination have helped me sleep through the night and I don’t wake up in the middle of the night as much as I used to. So you have a skill I envy. *Grabs scalpel* Can I please steal your calm, melatonin filled brain?
This is absolutely valuable. I live in a chaotic home. Very toxic, negative, and lots of unnecessary arguments. I'd probably would have gone extremely depressed or risk it all, like splurging all I have just to leave with very little financial stability. You're truly a gem to create such a peaceful & beautiful content like this. It means so much to me and many. Many blessings to you. Thank you. 💙
First I am sorry for the situation you have. Life can be tough there is no doubt about it. I am just glad you found these and can use to give you a little bubble of peace. We all need a measure of happiness sometimes that’s for sure
@@therelaxedguy Thank you very much for this message. It really means a lot. Yes, your videos have helped me through this process, and I appreciate it to an expansive degree. You're greatly appreciated by many. You're truly saving and helping lives. 💙
There is no price on freedom. I moved out and ran from abuse at 18. Was really poor, but with hard work and dedication to make my dream (of peaceful life) come true, 8 years later I now live in a nice place, have a car about to start my family and financially stable. It took a long time to become a normal person when all I knew was fights and alcohol, but Im glad I ran quick, before I was rotten to the core
As a person with severe adhd i have never had a break from my thoughts. I usually listen to pretty loud music to tune it out, but it just turns my thoughts 'volume' down, they are still there. I sat in silence for a minute or so after discovering this and then broke down in tears. My head has never felt so relaxed, thank you so much for sharing this
this video is PERFECT as for me it feels like an audible repersentation of how cold feels like an ice cube on your arm or standing over a vent blowing cold air, which I for one LOVE the cold
It must be horrendous and, the thing is, we don't know just how much turmoil there is infiltrating us until this kind of audio shuts the door on it. I'm trying to examine, and collect, for a library that I can get to play (on all peripheral speakers) that a: won't annoy the holiday makers next door and b: will come on to stifle the raging, voracious road noise that starts about 04 a.m. I don't know what this kind of thing is best referred to as. Is it music? Is it a track? Is it a confection? Is it a psychological thing? What's the established nomenclature? Is it science? If its science then do the creators know what the product of their alchemy will be, when they start out, or is it a suck it and see situation? This, I think, is one I like. If I could have rings of sound, around my ears, I would. This kind of thing would always be the backbone. Its a mote to me. Right at the outer edges fighting against the rumbling of trucks and the snarling of tractors and quad bikes. I am yet to find out how effective it is at nullifying my particular horrors.
i have ADHD so when i wake up from my sleep i couldn't go back to sleep. I looked up noise cancelling not brown but! i did see brown noise cancelling i clicked on it and i gave it a few minutes and i was right back to sleep i love this so much. THANK YOU SO MUCH !! for making all these people take a break from there mind.
This video is one of the most amazing RUclips videos I have ever found. I am dealing with loud neighbours for over a year and I cannot tell you how many times this video saved me from having a mental breakdown. I am extremely sensitive to noise, so this video is a life saver. I am so so glad it exists. ❤❤❤
Me too I have a highly active nervous system and loud noises give me anxiety I have very noisy neighbours upstairs and I've been living here for 11 years but only found out about this video about a year ago
@@therelaxedguydo you have time to respond to all these? What are you do for a living? And yes this is going to be reported to the office of Hunter Biden. We believe this is a non reported activity
I don't know what's the difference between brown, white and the other noises, but the brown is the only one that I find actually soothing. The others annoy me
@@lucast7092 that is scarily accurate. It reminds me a lot of a beach. But the sound of a rolling wave is extended over 10 hours. If I listen to it long enough I sometimes hear birds chirping, somehow my brain just kind of fills in the beach setting I guess.
I thank the lord everyday that this exists. I don't have the best relationship with my mom and I'm forced to live under the same roof with her in a very small apartment with paper thin walls. She yells a lot and has a habit of calling her friends and singing with them from midnight till morning and so I never sleep without this video. It also comes in handy when I'm having late night study sessions or finishing up a uni assignment. I can never thank you enough for putting up these kinds of videos you don't understand what you're doing to me 💜
I may never turn this video off. I don't think I've had relief from noise like this ever in my life. I have misophonia and in both of my classes today someone had been sniffling every few seconds. I was about to lose my mind, but found this and was able to calm down. 10/10. My favorite video on youtube now lol
THISSSS. MY MOM HAS BEEN DOING IT EVERY 1 MINUTE FOR LEGIT 3 YEARS. I CANT STAND IT ANYMORE AND IM AT A PARTY RN WITH HIGHEST VOLUME ON AND THIS IS SAVING ME FROM RAGING AND SCREAMING LBGMG I LOVE ITTYT
As a student with ADHD and ASD this is very much appreciated!! Sometimes I love listening to the ambient music but when my sensory input is too high the brown noise is so much more soothing :) ❤️
This is totally off topic but what is like having ADHD bc I have to get evaluated. Like I’ve done losts of research these are the side effects I have: hyper, talkative, zoning out, lose track 24/7, cant comprehend, and forget what I need to do and get. Like it’s been like this for yearssss. Plz respond it’s coo if you don’t.
As a teen with autism, thank you so much for this. I have to wear noise cancelling headphones to school and having this play in the background helps a lot. Thank you!
As someone who struggles with sensory issues, this helped me a lot in the middle of a meltdown. When things get too loud, I put my headphones in and put this on loud instead
I'm in that boat too, this is an absolute game-changer for combating sensory overload. Considering introducing this concept to my manager for a work accommodation so I can run this through my bone-conduction headphones during my shift
Yeah this so much, family is always talking and watching TV and wpp videos. Its not like i can ask them to shut up, we share a house after all, thats why this video is a godsend.
Autism here. This gives part of my brain a rest. Or distracts it? I don't know what exactly. I have to sleep with earplugs and blindfolds because every stimulus wakes me easily, especially those. Even vibrations from passing by heavy cars (trucks, busses) can. Brown noise is an additional help. It is hard to find calm. Or a moment where my mind does not "think" about anything. This helps. Better alternative to hangovers for sure.
@@ytyt2245 almost every person is vaccinated in america, and a small percentage of people vaccinated or un-vaccinated have autism. there is absolutely no solid proof that vaccines cause autism, stop believing every article you read online.
This will probably sound stupid, but this sound is my safe space. I have anxiety issues and often get into headspaces where I feel panicky or just off-kilter somehow. This noise instantly grounds me and helps me regain a sense of calm. I am so thankful that I found this video ❤
I'm studying to get into law school in a house with two siblings and my parents. I'm grateful for my family, but sometimes it gets hard to study with them talking, yelling, watching TV and playing instruments in the living room. Thank you for this video, really helps me focus:)
I feel you, my room is attached to the living room with the TV basically glued to my wall I hear every part of my mom's sitcoms. Safe to say this has helped me get through the semester :)
Same! I had to stop schooling until I moved out because they always wanted me to babysit and watch the kids or help with something around the house even though I told everyone I’m studying
My respect for you is big i'm an teenager and really needed this to cry just so i could become stronger bc my dada passed away i've been mentally sick no one noticed but i doing everything i can to find peace from youtube thank you for this
I don't know what it is about this one, but there is something MAGICAL about this out of every other sound on RUclips. It has this special graininess you can feel, and it almost instantly spikes my focus and energy. Guess theres a reason why this has 16M views!
@@therelaxedguy I'm honestly curious, is this placebo, or what are the studies behind this? I've been using this every day, and I have a very hard time with ADHD and my energy can be a direct culprit of that. Why does this frequency help in every aspect, including energy, focus, and sleep? Almost without fail
There is one video with Filtered Deep Brown Noise but this one is grainy and I do not know why but I, also like this one much more, even though the other one is more silent.
This is the BEST brown music on yt. With a family that wakes up scolding and shouting..to sleeping with even more noise, I needed this, bud :) yes, I am a student!
Yes, I have noisy family members too and there's constant arguments and chaos. Very chaotic. This helps so much. Thank you so much for this video. Bless your sweetheart! 🤎💜💙💚
This is absolutely fantastic. My partner needs to think out loud while he does homework and it makes it impossible for me to focus. I can put on music or a study ambient and work through it, but I decided to give this noise blocker a try. This works wonders and the sound itself is calming and helps me focus. I have ADHD so sometimes I've got 97 tabs open in my brain. This helps me tune into just one and stay on track. Thank you
I love the part where it goes hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Severely sleep deprived due to family not shutting up and putting loud music until 2AM about 4 times a week. Helped a ton, thank you! Yes, my parents are your loud annoying neighbours.
Sorry to hear about your family. They are Exhibit "A" of why we need an Office of the Public Disciplinarian. Anybody who will not shut up, and continues to disturb the peace, especially after sunset, needs a visit from the OPD. A good 20 minute public flogging session, while stretched across racks made for the OPD's flatbed truck, would cure a lot of rowdiness.
In an effort to try and bring a little wider selection to the channel, and for people with specific uses like Tinnitus, Noisy Neighbours, Noise Blocking, Studying, Insomnia etc, this may help you. I will gradually be adding more Noise Blockers which I have created a Noise Blocker Playlist for already.
Kudos to you on the brown light audio, which I find a bit softer than white noise. May I suggest you also explore Blue Noise... as far as I understand blue light is the light of pure consciousness and if we can tap into the sound of blue light we may have the best relaxation audio ever. Thanks for all your work!

Noise Cancelling doesn’t really work that well, even on Airpods Pro!

Death Metal (to keep burglar's away obviously) when you go out.
If you only have 1 Death Metal record, press repeat lol
I really feel for you. It’s extremely frustrating for people in your shoes hearing those repetitive sounds. So glad you chanced upon this

From a fellow adhder: I couldn't have agreed more.

Its crazy how much this blocks out - loud helicopters, motorcycles, dogs, annoying neighbors.. this will literally block everything. Thanks!

Yeah this so much, family is always talking and watching TV and wpp videos. Its not like i can ask them to shut up, we share a house after all, thats why this video is a godsend.

Literally what I was trying to do
that’s exactly why i’m here hehe
I'm hyper sensitive and very sensitive to sounds, this has been helping me sleep and stay asleep for the past month now. So thanks a lot ❤
That’s really wonderful to hear
finally I can hear my thoughts again
That’s so nice to hear

Autism here.
This gives part of my brain a rest. Or distracts it? I don't know what exactly.
I have to sleep with earplugs and blindfolds because every stimulus wakes me easily, especially those. Even vibrations from passing by heavy cars (trucks, busses) can.
Brown noise is an additional help. It is hard to find calm. Or a moment where my mind does not "think" about anything. This helps. Better alternative to hangovers for sure.
aww did you get vaccinated?
Oh yeah!
@@ytyt2245 almost every person is vaccinated in america, and a small percentage of people vaccinated or un-vaccinated have autism. there is absolutely no solid proof that vaccines cause autism, stop believing every article you read online.
thats great!
@@sangat4315 Yea ik i was making a bad joke.
This will probably sound stupid, but this sound is my safe space. I have anxiety issues and often get into headspaces where I feel panicky or just off-kilter somehow. This noise instantly grounds me and helps me regain a sense of calm. I am so thankful that I found this video ❤
Doesn’t sound stupid at all! Wonderful to hear that it’s been helpful for you 😊
Hold up, so its ur mom? It is grounds you? 😕
Same! I’m using it now in class
I'm studying to get into law school in a house with two siblings and my parents. I'm grateful for my family, but sometimes it gets hard to study with them talking, yelling, watching TV and playing instruments in the living room. Thank you for this video, really helps me focus:)
you are most welcome Lotte
Same here dude. Something I just feel frustrated at my own home.
I feel you, my room is attached to the living room with the TV basically glued to my wall I hear every part of my mom's sitcoms. Safe to say this has helped me get through the semester :)
Same! I had to stop schooling until I moved out because they always wanted me to babysit and watch the kids or help with something around the house even though I told everyone I’m studying
best of luck friend, i'm actually using this while i study for the bar exam! wishing both of us success :)
I searched "something to drown out the noise". I wasn't disappointed.
I searched the same thing, and definitely wasn't disappointed

Currently having a sensory overload episode from stress and my dad being a natural megaphone when he talks, this is helping my massive headache, tyy!
This has literally become a part of my night time routine
Same saved my life. Neighbors dogs gave me crazy insomnia

It is great for studying, thanks!

Idk if you just wanted comments or what but I could frankly care less for a comment hog 🤗
Damn.... you got me....
I don't know what it is about this one, but there is something MAGICAL about this out of every other sound on RUclips. It has this special graininess you can feel, and it almost instantly spikes my focus and energy. Guess theres a reason why this has 16M views!
understand exactly what you mean - you explain it well
@@therelaxedguy I'm honestly curious, is this placebo, or what are the studies behind this? I've been using this every day, and I have a very hard time with ADHD and my energy can be a direct culprit of that. Why does this frequency help in every aspect, including energy, focus, and sleep? Almost without fail
There is one video with Filtered Deep Brown Noise but this one is grainy and I do not know why but I, also like this one much more, even though the other one is more silent.
This is the BEST brown music on yt. With a family that wakes up scolding and shouting..to sleeping with even more noise, I needed this, bud :) yes, I am a student!
I hear you and am so glad I shared this for you
Same bro 😭😭
Yes, I have noisy family members too and there's constant arguments and chaos. Very chaotic. This helps so much. Thank you so much for this video. Bless your sweetheart! 🤎💜💙💚
Same, everyday of my life my alarm doesn't wake me up, but my parents arguing do.
You just saved me from my parents arguing downstairs
Hope ur doin alright now friend

Sometimes parents acts like jerks
Tomas Ornelas I was wondering the same thing
This is absolutely fantastic. My partner needs to think out loud while he does homework and it makes it impossible for me to focus. I can put on music or a study ambient and work through it, but I decided to give this noise blocker a try. This works wonders and the sound itself is calming and helps me focus. I have ADHD so sometimes I've got 97 tabs open in my brain. This helps me tune into just one and stay on track. Thank you
so pleased to hear this is working so well for you. I get so many people with focusing issues that say similar to you. Anyway, very happy for you :)

Yeah ikr
Severely sleep deprived due to family not shutting up and putting loud music until 2AM about 4 times a week. Helped a ton, thank you!
Yes, my parents are your loud annoying neighbours.
Glad it helped!
@spirals 73 Unless he has loud neighbors again!
I’m so sorry they don’t have empathy for your situation. My family is the same and it was so frustrating but I moved out last year.
Goodness gracious 😢 it be ya own family 😭 but I have the most idiotic obnoxious neighbors. Will give this a try.
Thank you for the work you put into this channel! I am curious- are you aware of any noise blocking sound that would drown out bass-thumping cars and barking dogs?
+Brutal Honesty that’s a tough one. Perhaps some of my rain ones - the night rain series. I’m going to also release heavy rain soon. Might not be as relaxing but it’s still not bad plus could help you
+davepagl funny you mention it, as I was replying to a comment before yours I thought I must also do blue light. Gosh amazing timing reading your comment. I will definitely do blue light :) you are right in everything you mention :)
Thank you so much . This is perfect. Love it.
I can focus perfectly, and cancel out any thing that was my attention! This helps me with my bible study so much!
that’s wonderful to hear, very happy to have been able to reduce this for you so that you can get so much use from it
@@therelaxedguy Is it safe for our ears for long hours?

Amazing how this has brought together and provided relief to 19M people! What an absolute gem you are 💠
I thought it might be helpful when I first uploaded it, obviously I had no idea it would be this popular… I’m really glad it’s been so helpful
Thank you SO MUCH for this, I'm forced to be home all the time because of the virus which shut down my college campus. My mother is ridiculously loud, always blasting the TV and speaking louder than the average person because of hearing issues. This is really keeping me sane, THANK YOU.
Tough situation for you but glad this can help
Put the tv on closed captioning and don’t tell her how to turn it off LOL
My roommate is currently talking loudly to her friend. I want to sleep, but I can't because it's too loud. I'm currently writing in my journal about my life struggles and this sound is helping a ton. Thank you for this.

very sorry for what you have to deal with. It sounds like this video is very helpful for the situations you find yourself in
@therelaxedguy it really is, thank you do much for making it!! 💕
I've been there, brother. Was in a very abusive household, step father being extremely nasty and gross to everyone. Gave me anxiety everyday and night having to hear loud yelling and things breaking. Luckily, when I was 14, my mom made the decision to leave from 7 years of manipulation. I'm 16 writing this and am insanely grateful to be where I'm at, as I've improved as a person. I hope things get better for you, I'm glad your using these videos to relive your anxiety, I'll be with you every step of the way.
