I recently came across this song from /r/weezer and it's become one of my favourite Weezer throwaways.
This was leaked on /mu/ in 2014 after Rivers sent the person the song through AIM in 2002.
This actually sounds so much better then the original it’s way more full and just better thank you for this
The harmonies on this song make it definitely better than Weekend Woman
Nah, I like this song quite a bit, but the bridge on Weekend Woman is better than the entirety of this track. Its also super repetitive

Best song during green album era. Is this a river's only demo, a pre production band demo or is this a full finsihed band track from the actual green album sessions that never got mastered or whatever and should have been an official b side but rivers chose not to??
When he originally leaked the clip he knew to stop it before the second verse because that was when it got weak
But man that intro ,first verse and chorus really is the perfect combination of green album and pinkerton

If anybody's hasn't heard the song smokin crack check it out. It is classic Weezer great song just maybe needed a couple lyric changes instead of smokin crack
The song was a Weezer demo from November of 2000. They started demoing Green songs in Rivers' transformed garage recording studio at his house. He wrote the song around 2000. That era of weezer around the late 2000s was kinda mysterious, this and the Christmas song (Additional work done later on the song) are from that session. Other songs like Hole in Time, O Girlfriend, Knockdown Dragout, and a bunch of other songs were demoed throughout November in his garage, The tape has not been heard ever though besides this and the Christmas Song

@@billyking2004 I totally forgot about I hear bells lol. But yeah, it's from that Session, Everybody Go Away is from the October sessions in his Garage. I would love to hear the demos of O Girlfriend, it's my favorite song off of Green, and The full Video Capture device session
EWBAITE and White are good. Van Weezer and Ok Human have some good tracks. Give It a try. Rest is trash indeed.

Sharpe if you can't hear the difference listening to this remaster next to the original, then you might need to clean your ears.

It's a shame this song wasn't even considered for Green or Maladroit and only came to light in a shitty version and album.
