When you order wheels and tires that are mounted and balanced and shipped with tpms sensors do those come in the package already and if so how do you connect the tpms sensors to your vehicle?
They will come installed on the w/t package! They should be programmed but you can take your truck to the shop to have a tech double check and make sure they are programmed correctly if you like!
If you want the computer to be able to tell you which tire has what air pressure then you'll have to have a tire shop do a quick calibration. Most shops will do it for free as it's literally a 30 second job.
For the love of God I am begging you to make a video about options for replacing the cheap plastic center caps for custom wheels. Even under the best conditions they are a pain when rotating mud tires every 3,000 miles. Realistically however, they get broken by the first newbie working at a tire shop (and there are a lot). Can’t tell you how many expensive custom wheel sets I have seen driving around missing one or more of their cheap plastic center caps. Plastic caps fade out, so you have to buy a full set that cost over $100.00 (engineered obsolescence)!!!! Replacement aftermarket push-through metal wheel caps won’t fit. And the only 5-inch push-in plugs I can find are for a dryer duct end cap! I quickly chunked my broken plastic center caps in the trash and just painted the exposed hubs in the open 5 inch hole. In my case I have black Moto Metal 962s and used chrome Gorilla Nuts so it doesn’t look bad from a distance but there has to be something better. If not, at least inform your fans and customers of this industry standard failure and let them know there is at least one brand that that uses the metal push-through center wheel caps. I am a big fan of your channel! Call me out if I am wrong. Thanks.
@@CustomOffsetsTV Correction & Update Correction - the center holes in my wheels are actually 4 inches. Update - I used black silicone and rubber bands to make a seal and put in “4PCS 102mm 4in Car Wheel Center Caps Black Compatible with Mayhem Wheels” and “BiomarLabs 4 x 60mm 3D Domed Car Wheel Centre Center Off Road Rims Stickers Decals for Caps Vehicle Auto Tuning US Star Silver Emblem A 4160, Medium” (all available from Amazon). I gotta question. I might be buying wheels and tires from your website in the future. I will buy a 285 by 70 r17 fit on 17x8.5’s with about a 3.5 lift on my 1999 dodge Dakota. Do y’all know if that would fit nice?
Tough call I am only seeing 3 Dakotas in our gallery running close to those specs! Check them out it looks like it will fit with some plastic trimming! www.customwheeloffset.com/wheel-offset-gallery?site=co&sort=yno&wheel_diameter_from=17&wheel_width_from=8.5
Custom Offsets sweet!! Thanks for the response. It’s good to see other trucks running the same setup so I can get a good idea as to what mine might look like. I’ll definitely add my truck to the gallery when it’s all done

🤣🤣🤣🤣 Dustin you got off easy for missing curfew? When I missed curfew I got home to an angry mom and felt the wrath of a belt. That woman is 99yrs old in a wheelchair and I'm still scared of her, ouch. Sorry just had a flashback. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hahaha, back in my cheaper days I bought a cheap set of 35X12.5 tires of ebay and when I got them mounted, one of them couldn't even be used because it was sooooo out of round they couldn't balance it and I had to cross my fingers and buy another one that could be. No more cheap tires for me after that.
Hey, we've all tried to save a few bucks and learned the lesson the hard way 🤣. The nice part is some of these new brands have some pretty good quality for the price! Tip number 1. Get tires that fit.
Fair enough! 🤷♂️
@@CustomOffsetsTV Tip number 1 is followed by tip number 2. Buy TOYO's.
Tires are so heavy I'm so glad custom offsets put the rims and tires on for you thanks Dustin
My favorites are milestar Patagonia and also love wrangler duratracs. Milestars for the price are my go tos though especially for offroading
We love you Dustin
He loves everyone ❤️🤘
I’m on my third set of ridge grapplers, all purchased from you guys 👍🏻👍🏻 It’s hard to beat these tires on a DD truck that doesn’t see mud 💯

He decided to follow another passion of his a while back. That being said he still swings by the shop every now and then hangs with the guys!
That's cool, his videos is what got me interested in custom offsets
Are the Nitto Mud Grapplers worth it?
Ridge grapplers are still the best tires I've ran , 33s we're as quiet as street tires.
