This song is a Russian folds song called "Завоевание границ" or "Border Conquest" was an old marching hymn when the Russians were conquering Ukraine back in the old days.

I love it how Russian folk songs make for such good video game music but this one especially works well. Seems the Russians have long understood the value of a good soundtrack.
