I haven’t baked anything sweet since I gave up meat and dairy and I’m so happy about the result. I also baked the pita bread today, your channel is incredibly helpful.👍
I made this cake, and the consistency is very good! I let the cake bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes longer though, since it was kind of wet when the recipe said to take it out. Over all a very tasty cake and my friend loved it!

I made the strawberry custard flan, I halved the sugar and it was still delicious, I particularly love the lemony pastry. hi, i tried the cake and is gummy inside...I always have this difficulty with vegan cakes. what to do? how do i learn to master vegan baked cakes? definitely is something i am not doing well.
Perhaps you are beating the batter for too long, after the flour is added... the gluten develops the longer you beat it, making it gummy. I usually fold in the flour, or if using mixer, beat it for a very briefly.

In one second she had just flower and cinnamon and she said mix then in another second the mix looked wet but she didn't say what she mixed the flower with ? Is it water ? Milk ? What? Pleaaase help ! I find the video confusing as she didn't show or even say what she mixed the flower and cinnamon with! So disappointing to me
1 cup plant milk, 1/4 cup sunflower seed oil, 3/4 cup of sugar, then mix well. Later you put something I don't know the name to "stir" the flour. (Sefta) anyway 2 cups of flower, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 2 or teaspoon of cinnamon, And then put them all together with your first mix. And then you can use the hand mixer. But I don't use the handmixer, you can do it with a "klopper" you now the mixer for your hand. Sorry don't know the name. I look it up BEATER You can just use your hand with the beater. But maybe for better results handmixer. After that you mix is done. Hope I was a bit understandable. And you can try it once again.

Normal water or sparkling water? I do not have milk either but i really want to bake this
