Whelen WPS-2910 Siren Test, Plano TX @ Parker and Midway Rd.

Just a standard Whelen WPS 2910 test in Plano, TX. This one replaced the WPS 4008 on Parker and Midway that can be seen in my earlier catalogue.
The city of Plano tests their 43 outdoor warning sirens on the First Wednesday of the month at noon.
