Tesla goes up cause Tesla always goes up and Tesla was way ahead of the curve in the past. If they fall it'll because they can't expand or if the competition ends up beating them on both quality and cost.
People REALLY hate Musk and want Tesla to fail. It's kind of funny to watch them saying it's going to go bust and it just keeps going up. So much so you have judges saying the company can't compensate Musk because they hate him so much. Buuuuut in the long run they're going to be right, because at some point the electric car bubble has to burst, and Tesla's stock is definitely inflated relative to material basis, just like all big-money tech stocks. They won't be right because they're smart though, or because they made an intelligent call, just because it has to eventually happen--just like all the people who went broke shorting Tesla will eventually claim credit for it when it finally goes down.
