    The scraffitto table setting is adorable!
    Love the way you held the pencil to draw your leaves. It gave me joy to see you enjoying it so much. Im going to give it a go that way, too.
    Thanks for sharing.

    Oh my goodness, love your thought process while painting and trying new things, learning all the time. And your reading at the end using your lovely cards really spoke to me….I believe your spirit guides were and are speaking to you in their creation and as you pull specific ones …how wonderful I just found your channel!

      hi Sue, thanks so much for your lovely note here, it's beautiful to hear a connection was made and resonance felt, it means a lot to me. Do you have a fave deck? warm wishes, Denise

      @@DeniseDaffara hi Denise, yes I have several decks and the ones I especially love are both by Colette Baron Reid, The Good Tarot and Wisdom of the Oracle. They are beautifully illustrated have gentle lovely interpretations. Off to paint and also get ready for Februllage.

    I am so happy to find you from RUclips , you are not only showing your drawing process but also taking about your thinking process and your true thoughts inside which I like to listen , our thoughts can be so complicated which sometimes make us lost confidence, thank you for normalizing it .

      Hi there Haipingtang7551, I’m glad to hear you enjoyed my video.. ah yes.. our thoughts can really undermine our confidence, may we notice when this is happening and kindly bring ourselves back to the moment.
      Take care, warm wishes, Denise. 🌷

    It's so brave of you to share your process as being filmed is daunting. I paint all the time and don't even like taking my painters to the framers. My framer entered me into an art prize for the area. And I got second prize so I was astounded.

    • @DeniseDaffara
      @DeniseDaffara  10 месяцев назад

      Hello Mary,
      Thanks for popping in, and congratulations on receiving a prize for your painting! A good framer is gold, sounds like you’ve got a good one ☺️
      I’ve just been to a new to me framer today and think I’ve found a goodie as well . 👏🏼
      Here’s to building our confidence in our paintings and being proud to take them out to the framers and beyond. 🙌🏼🌷

    REally enjoying your vlogs. It would make it easier for me to watch if you kept them to about 20 minutes. That seems to be about my video attention span. Thank you for considering my ideas.

    • @DeniseDaffara

      Hi Cathleen, thank you for your feedback. I know for me, when I start longer videos, I just come back to them later if I don't have time to finish watching them. I'm still getting the hang of things around here.... so I'll keep in mind to make some varied times of videos. ... I need to also learn how to do the 'time stamps - live links' that way you can find different sections of a longer video. Again, thanks for your connection. warmly, Denise.

    • @SoulworkwithCatCharissage
      @SoulworkwithCatCharissage 2 года назад

      @@DeniseDaffara Thanks, Denise. Actually, time stamps would help, too, though I know it takes you extra time, plus all the time making the videos in the first place. It's part of my old problem of FOMO! All of your topics so far have been really resonant for me, esp. on Highly Sensitive People ---- I both paint and write poetry, and have not been able to in the last couple of weeks b/c there's just so much coming at me al the time. AND, I can do something about it, and I will! Also love about becoming looser. I still hold the pencil as though I'm writing my kindergarten letters! Carry on!
