💯 Agree! I have not found anything close to how he actually breaks down the fragrance and explains what's really going on. Do share if you come across any other similar reviewers.
I have watched alot of RUclipsr reviewers to help me choose perfume. This guy is the most poetic, expressive, descriptive and knowledgeable one I've come across. Also, his voice and his accent are an extra bonus.
Hi Aaron! I absolutely love your work and enthusiasm! Honestly, I was in a similar boat of loving fragrance as a hobby, making some perfumes for the same amount of recreation. Your success and products are what inspired me to take that step forward into making it a career. Thank you so much for being an inspiration! One day, I hope to meet you and have you smell my own perfume!
Hi aaron i lost my job after 3 years thanks to covid on 30th april and still watched your videos just to keep upto date. But today got a new job after i only applied for 2 and will hopefully get something from your collection as my first niche aftershave. REST CAN WAIT LOL
I have watched this review many times and the enthusiasm Aaron has for this fragrance made me purchase this now its back in Dior. It is a sensational attar. Great reviews.
Thanks for sharing your feelings with us. It's always a pleasure to know more about your art and what inspires you. All the best to you Aaron.❤ Btw your chain is gorgeous!
I was driving out in the country today and could smell the very pungent scent of mowed alfalfa drying. Made me curious if alfalfa scent could be put into a summer fragrance. I don't know if it would be good but it would certainly be unique
This perfume oil doesn´t seem to be discontinued. It´s still available on the original Dior online shop, at least here in Germany. 350€ for 3 gramms in August 2022.
I really value your opinion above all others, mainly because of your passionate and artistic interpretation of fragrances you review and it matters not how popular the house is.....you give your raw and honest opinion and it comes across genuinely 🙂❤️ .
You are an exceptional member of the fragrance community. Very unique, intelligent and stylish. I am going to try and locate your own brand of fragrances here in Australia.
OMG!!!! It was the first time I was blown away too! I tested it in Galleries Lafayette in Paris. I never saw a perfume as an oil. The smell was as beautiful as an old Krug champagne. Yes you have great taste.
Looks like this might have been re-launched? In any case: I'm seeing rose absolute from Brambleberry (a supplier I've often used for soapmaking essential oils) for about US$7 per mL. This is US$150 per mL. Think I may just check out the absolute at some point 😂
The fragrance that made me fall deep into the love of fragrance was the original Guerlain Insolence which has since been discontinued and brought back watered down and made to be more mass appealing which is such a shame. Guerlain is one of the most infuriating houses since they make incredible juices yet discontinue the ones that are the most interesting and keep the overhyped and basic juices.
I've bought nearly all the Dior Oils they're incredible! Rose is gorgeous but I'm more a fan of the patchouli layered with Tobacolor. I'm hoping Dior makes more of these oils because there isn't one that I think isn't worth the money
What a delightful video, thank you for sharing your inspiration and passion! Much love and respect, from San Diego California. Peace be with you and yours.
Thank you for going in this direction i love all your work haze is now one of my favourites my collection is getting bigger each month 💯 never will ever buy anyone else you look after your customer's like no one else 🤯
Ofcause. Your supporting me and my amazing staff. Without customers I would not be able to invest back in. I actually love giving things to my customers. Fills me with happiness to be me atm.
Ohh our aaron! Its not very often if ever really I hear you speak of something in such a deep heartfelt way apart from nasomatto pardon, I listen to all your reviews and take them quite seriously, I suppose its like George Benson jazz guitar to a real guitarist, its just heavenly , most non musicians wouldn't understand. Its obviously very close to your inner heart. Keep up the good work. X
I started my fragrance journey when I was a little kid. Both of my parents wore fragrances and both sets of my grandparents did as well. My mom only wore one fragrance but she wore it all the time....Guerlain Shalimar. But what really got me hooked was what my dad wore....Polo Green, YSL Kouros, and Chanel Antaeus....I'm pretty sure there were others but this is what my childhood smelled like and what I judge everything against. I haven't really come across anything that puts me in the same mind-set as these fragrances except YSL Rive Gauche (smells like my dad's old shaving cream). I'm fortunate enough to have original bottles and fingers crossed they last me for the next 10+ years! I would love to see you release a fragrance that harkens back to what we had in the 80's!!! Excellent video!!!!
Personally I almost consider Dior 2 distinct houses. Mainstream Sauvage etc don't even compare to the Privee lines. Really fantastic fragrances in there. Coincidentally I smelled Rose absolute in an AMAZING raw material perfumers store in Cairo (on the Maret Basha opposite the Egyptian museum) now whenever I'm working out there I pick up small bottles of raw materials I find interesting. And they're no cheaper in Egypt!
Awesome, Aaron, I'd like to smell that sometime. Sort of like you I found a fragrance that sparked my fragrance journey. I bought a fragrance that I had recently ran out of and it smelled totally different, so I hopped online to see if the formulation changed and in doing so I discovered there is this whole fragrance community on the internet :) Sure enough I found Basenotes and stumbled across their "Aventus" category. I thought, "How is a fragrance so good that it gets its own subforum?" So I bought a sample and when I took that first whiff I felt like I had finally found what I was looking for. It blew me away so much I now have over 80 fragrances in 6 months time "chasing the magic dragon" trying to find that sublime feeling of being so blown away. I now love everything fragrance and I'm glad I stumbled onto a new hobby.
Hey Aaron, hope you're doing well. I hope to buy your perfumes one day-I'm an Indian trying to move and get work in the UK. I'm curious, why don't you try and recreate this one since it resonates with you so much?
Nice quick review of favorites!! Great to know what you would wear that wasn't your own!! I would love to watch you do a review of M.(Madame) Micallef "Gourmet"...I love it, it is very interesting...also, I'd love to hear your take on Karagoz by Nishane, it is dark, yet fresh... and a Beast!!
I don't respect anyone's opinion like I respect yours! Especially after getting my hands on 4 of your fragrances and discovering you're not all talk. Your work is master class. Although Daddy is my favorite I've collected so far, simply because it speaks to me heavily, each one is unique and worth much more than the price. So when I see you gush about the rare fragrance that hits your standard completely, I know it must be something special! I've gotta get my nose on this!
Am new to this channel but find your reviews very direct and interesting. Not sure if mentioned before but you need to go visit that perfume guy in Dubai who claims to be able to create any fragrance pretty much instantly
Hi Aaron, just received my 10ml bottles of Luna and Animalix today. Also a cheeky 10ml of Blood Orange that you guys also added in for free. What a pleasant surprise. Really made me happy so I wanted to reach out and say thanks. :D Shame when I found out that Blood Orange latches more on to lighter skin as you mentioned. I have dark skin myself but the smell is lovely. So this might be that one I'd overspray in hopes that it stays longer. Regardless, I truly appreciate the gesture Aaron.

Hello~ Aaron Is it projecting well? and how to apply attar oil to maximize to the best performance of it? I just got my hand on a bottle of the Oud Elixir in the same collection. BTW, I love offerings from your house. Raw Cherry, Forbidden, Oud are my favourite :)
wow, can't believe it took this long to find you. An actual PERFUMER doing reviews, this is golden, thank you!

Yes and yes
@@SWTmel at this point he is Michael Jordan in terms of perfume reviews via RUclips
The only chance that anyone would have to best him is better channel managing and if done by a montale, ineke or Chris Collins just to name a few
If he actually would get to the review it would be even more impressive
There’s something about a person who’s passionate about what thay do, especially when they share why. Thanks man...👍

Im interested in buying it, but i cannot differentiate it from the others can you please tell me the name .
Im not a fan of rose but you made me wanna have a bottle of just that perfume. I have so much trust in your reviews
It’s still available in USA. Only in a few boutique stores. I tried them all and just bought all the four types.
Which one is best?
You owe the world to review each and every perfume out there. The most soothing and intelligent review in RUclips. You put other reviewers to shame.
That’s very kind. Thank you
Now you make me wanna have a sniff on this genius creation, the way you explain it sounds so ethereal
Outstanding presentation I can listen to you for hours 😄 and I don't even have a chance to smell this gorgeous rose elixir, so sad is discontinued
Ahh that look on your face is awesome like seeing an old friend or the perfect drink or being home.

In perfume, alcohol isn’t necessarily prohibited in the Middle East. It’s a matter of oils being longer lasting in the weather there
If I was to take Dior's ROSE Elixir Précieux, and add it to perfumers alcohol will it still work as well as the oil?
