CAMPING IN SOLITUDE, ARIZONA'S HIGH COUNTRY - WHITE MOUNTAINS - HIKER TRAILER MID RANGE XL

We spent our last weekend of June 2022 camping in Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest.
This is pristine Arizona mountain country where you can see year round rivers and see amazing summer monsoon storms. We were able to spot elk off in the distance and fished the North Fork of the Black River.
While we had no luck fishing, we had a great time shed hunting with our two German Shorthaired Pointers. While they are not trained to hunt sheds specifically, they located many of the elk carcasses and skeletons we came across.
All in all it was an amazing weekend adventure we will remember for our lifetime.
