Micah Parsons did not attend the start of Cowboys voluntary workouts on Monday. But unlike CeeDee Lamb, it’s not contract-related. Here’s the report from Michael Gehlken of the Dallas Morning news: “A person close to the hybrid defensive end told The Dallas Morning News that Parsons is focused on a personalized training program outside the facility while determined to prepare himself for the 2024 season in the manner he considers optimal. This same thinking saw Parsons be absent at this stage of the 2023 offseason.”
Cowboys draft rumors continue to heat up and the latest 2024 NFL Mock Draft from Peter Schrager has the Cowboys taking Texas WR Xavier Worthy. While Worthy brings the speed the Cowboys need at WR, he’s a thin player and there were some more notable players on the board like Amarius Mims (OT, Georgia), Graham Barton (IOL, Duke), Jackson Powers-Johnson (IOL, Oregon), Adonai Mitchell (WR, Texas) and Darius Robinson (DL, Missouri).

Cowboys rumors on NFL Free Agency have been awful this year. But one notable Cowboys free agent remains: CB Stephon Gilmore. His market has been quiet, with just the Dallas Cowboys, New England Patriots and Carolina Panthers being linked so far. The longer he goes without signing, the better chance he could end up back in Dallas.

you don’t need O line in the first as long as it gets adressed in the 2nd/3rd receiver would actually make total sense considering Lamb has been the only real target for Dak on offense, the Vikings last year had Justin Jefferson but that didn’t stop them from drafting Jordan Addison, Worthy could be a home run pick

I get the weird feeling somethings gonna happen. Hershel Walker. Trade Dak to either Bears or Vikes. Ideally, the Bears would be the best. Two #1’s plus lower picks and/or players. We need the DL stud of the Draft. Pick the QB with the first and, either the best OL or DL, with the #8. Maybe trade down a couple spots to get xtra pick. DL and OL that can step in Now, is what they need. The Vikes are more likely to jump. With Vikes two first rounders plus ours, should be able to move up to get one of the QB’s. And end up with two 2nd’s. Ideally, two thirds as well.
I see your wish list, but you know the Bears is not trading for Dak. He can't get us where we need to go plus give up 2 number 1's. I think not, but I guess it's good to dream
