Better be in the country of invention China, because lamian is Chinese, and the word lamian means pulled noodles. Ramen came from the Chinese word lamian and lamian is Chinese. Japanese version is the copycat version.
12$ is already cheap but the fact it's open 24/7 dude that must be freaking killing you to the bone not only serve guests but also have to prepare everything and keep the kitchen clean. I know they might switch with their coworker but still that's quite a lot
I wish people would just quote the yen, I'd rather hear that than the dollar amount because I'm Canadian and the 100 yen is close to par with the CAD and I can work with that better
