    We did order one almost a month ago but never got it. I work for a medical device company (Based in EU and we have our headquarters in the US), and we deal with lot of plastics products.
    This cube can help me and my team, but it seems It might never get delivered to us.

    I had parts printed by you that were obviously of poor quality. Your customer service is trying to downplay the matter instead of taking responsibility! I expect professional support from your company immediately! I ordered parts with the same specifications for a second time, this time the quality was very poor.
    How can it be that there is such a difference in quality when the ordering parameters are the same? I have always perceived your service as professional and in line with my quality requirements. Hubs customer service (name is Sam) tries to downplay my concern that the parts are fine - for me they are completely worthless.
    If there is no agreement, I will use a new service provider after 6 years.
    I ask you to address this topic.
