I’m buying milk at the grocery store at least once a week. I always take the #2 HDPE milk cartons to a recycle place afterwards. But I hear that these recycles are sent overseas and sometimes dumped into the ocean. So I would love to be able to melt down my #2 HDPE milk cartons and repurpose it. It would be great to melt it into a small or medium sized mold. a mold that would be shaped like a interlocking part (almost like a puzzle piece). Then you let it sit in the mold and it turns to hard plastic again. Then you take it out of the mold and take all these new plastic parts that you made and interlock them into a bigger shape, like a desk for instance. Could you recommend a interlocking feature or mold where I could melt HDPE plastic into the mold each week and accumulate enough pieces / parts to make mysef an interlocking desk?
