The word ‘entrepreneur’ is synonymous with ‘leader’ because of the courage, commitment, and willingness to serve the community that it takes. It’s really hard to be an entrepreneur, which is why I thought it was funny in this video seeing Ryan work his way up the chain of managers. I worked in customer service in grocery stores for 17 years, and spoke to an employee from another store similar to the one where I worked, except he told me that one time, when he tried to help a lady who had asked him a question, his boss told him to 'tell her to get lost in the 6th or 7th aisle or whatever', and to get back to filling up counters.

Absolutely love all of Ryan's videos, but especially this one!!
I love the joke about how corporations don't care, but the fact that Ryan himself is clearly the only person who cares is lovely to me. Ryan, the actual person, is so pure and genuine that even his _characters_ are pure and polite. There *is* someone who cares, and it's him. He cares enough to question why Wide-Mart _doesn't_ actually care about him, even though they said they did in the tweet, and he even cares enough to start crying upon realizing the truth.
Usually in the real world, the "nobody cares" cycle gets perpetrated because people just accept that mega corporations don't really care about us, and just take it as a fact of life, but Ryan's character really, truly thinks that corporations care about him at first, and then slowly realizes the cold, hard, ugly truth as he interacts with them firsthand.
It's a beautiful and relatable way to show how many people get jaded to the world, but start off as innocent, trusting, and a bit naive, but good and pure. 💖
