Old video, but a goodie. RAIV, stick shift, and a driver putting it thru the ringer. Sweet.
AWESOME! I'd love to do this setup on my 79 Y84 SE Bandit T/A with its original W72 400 Pontiac. Last of the big displacement V8s. Beautiful T/A!
Badass! I can only imagine the amount of good memories and how much fun that car was/is.
I still have it. And yes it is fun. There nothing like that 041 cam giving the engine personality at idle. You won't get that with a hell cat.
awesome!
Yeah I know. I did not want to modify the original. Now I see I can but a remake with the solenoid flapper in it. Do you like the way it runs?
oh man! it runs sweet! and the idle sounds great!
That is one of the best high performance engines General Motors ever made.
Yeah!
Best video on the internet
I’m guessing this video was shot circa early ‘80s. The original Goodyear Radials and typical ‘70s vintage vehicles on the road give it away.
Now I really want the snow GONE !! WICKED COOL CAR .
I've still got those tires on it. Car only has 12,000 original miles on it. Ram Air IV engine having on 3,000 of the 12,000.
worldsgreatestride I’m calling BS until you post a modern video not shot in the ‘80’s
Filmed in 1987?
Out of curiosity, why are you guessing 1987?
@@worldsgreatestride He’s shitting on the video quality People suck
That engine should have been put back into a 69.
I agree. Altho, at least it's in a Pontiac .
What kind of et time does it do
I never timed it or had it at the track. I was more interested in it's burnout capability.
