I really enjoyed this video. I could not have been able to build my own with out your help. I am subscribed and am officially fan. I have just purchased like 8 different builds as I really do love building these 3d models. Please continue to make videos I will def watch! :) I’m waiting to get the gramophone in do you have a video on that ?
Omg thank you so much This tutorial made everything easier. My husband and I worked on this together. We just completed ours a few minutes ago. It was a fun built, looks really good and while the projection was not the best it was better than expectation. We will be working on the ROKR owl clock next, I think you have a tutorial for it aready on your channel. Once again thank you so much for accepting my request. Your videos help a lot.
tanu, you are very welcome and glad the video helped. Yes I do have an owl clock video, but it is a little harder than the Vitascope. Please ask questions if you have them, thanks again. Any other requests please let me know.
I’m half way through putting this together and I’m to the gear part and it won’t sit flush for the life of me without all falling apart as I put it together. I’m so confused and I feel like I have something wrong. I push and the rest falls apart. I also broke the spindle piece you put into a circle before the lenses and it still went together just fine. I hope if I just keep going it will work in the end.
For the last step: Putting on the film The only part you cut are the ends where it says to cut. Both front and back peel off. Also the side square pieces then pop out, making it easier for the pegs to fit through the Film and that makes for a smooth video.
I just did the little tv with circus. I was really nervous to start it but once i got started i flew through it and had it finished in a few hours. It turned out really good, its so cute. Im giving it to my sister. Im getting ready to start this one but kinda nervous lol hopefully it goes as good as the lil tv.
I looked to see if you had done the tv/circus build and didn't see it. If you haven't done it you should. It's pretty awesome and actually pretty simple. Really nice Lil piece when finished. Wish we could add pics to comments here.
@SarahSharp38 thanks for the comment. Sarah, this one isnt too bad, the tricky part is the film and where it goes on the reels, I had a little trouble with it, but explain and show what I went through to hopefully make the build easier, good luck.
@coopscreations2033 Thank you for taking the time to make these videos & explain everything!! I know you help tons of ppl including me with all these builds.
Wonderful video. Quick note about the end where you play the film. I think maybe if you project onto a white screen it would be better. Objects are black because they absorb light, and if you want to see the projected image more clearly you would probably be better off using a smooth, white surface instead of an uneven, black surface like the cloth you were showing.
@loismilner9013, thanks for the question, to help give you the best answer I can, could you give me the time stamp from my video of which wheels you are referring to. I completed this over a year ago and dont remember the build too much, but want to help as best I can, thanks.
@@coopscreations2033 I’m not sure of the time stamp. But it’s at the very beginning with all the tiny wheels are. Like the A6’s, D5’s A15, all go onto the little metal rods
@danajones276, thanks for the question. Without knowing what is not working, not sure where to point you in the direction on how to fix the problem. I would look at your model and see if the mechanics of the process is what's working or not. When you turn the handle is it moving everything correctly or getting stuck, is it charging the light source to come on and is the film going around the reels as its supposed to. I know this is a lot of questions, I would review my video with your model and see if everything matches and see how everything is working to determine what is not working on yours. Sorry to not be more helpful, but if you can pinpoint why your model is not working maybe I can recommend other solutions. Good Luck.
It took me a few weeks to slowly put it together. A bit of frustration at times, but the video was very helpful. However, I don't know how Coop dealt so effectively with the tiny (I mean tiny) wooden plugs. I have needle nose pliers too, but the plugs weren't holding the pieces together, so in about 3 or 4 places I "cheated" and used some wood glue.
@harryfabian5975 Thanks for the comment. To tell the truth I dont remember how I delt with that either, its been a minute since I put it together. But whatever solution you use as long as it works thats all that matters. Glad the video helped, thanks again.
I can't for the life of me put this together. It's so fragile, it's like the metal rods are too narrow for the pieces. Any time I move it even slightly, the gear completely falls apart. What am I doing wrong?
@brianmcd993, thanks for the question, I'm sorry you are having such a hard time with this. I cant remember if there were metal rods of different sizes included with the model, but I would make sure the metal rod for the step is the right size and just work with each piece to ensure it matches the instructions. At 7:00 in my video is where I go over the steps with the metal rods if those are the ones you are referring to. Without knowing exactly what step and what issue you are having, that is the best advice I can give. Whenever something doesnt fit right for me, I always verify I have the right pieces and maybe go back and see if there was something I may have missed earlier. I'm sorry I couldnt give you better advice, but hopefully this can help a little. Good Luck
Just received mine and of course it’s missing pieces. Like how hard is it to do their job? Thanks for the video ….. update. After watching the video I realize the mistake I made. Everything was included. My apologies.
Nobodys prophet, thanks for the comment. Glad the video helped and sometimes it is hard to ensure you have everything until you start working on the model, thanks again.

I just put the Rokr tea cup carousel together. It works and looks great with the lights and music
billie wright, thanks for the comment. I will add that one to my list of ones to do, thanks again.

I always got the magic cello that I saw you build. I won't start it til I finish this one.

Just made this and noticed you forgot 2 yellow stoppers on the reel rod
How do you keep all the beginning little wheels together to stay long enough to get it together? Every time I try they all fall off and apart?
Especially steps 2 and 3

It may be at 11:43.
Yes but I can’t get them to stay together long enough to put the rest together
Thank you. I put it together, but it don’t work. Any advice?😢

Did it still work after that? I was afraid they would have to turn in order to work.

@@coopscreations2033 It's the right length for sure, but the slightest movement makes the end pieces fall off

How did you do it to prevent the pieces from falling off? Every time I try to assemble the first part with the gears they keep falling off
same and even if i do do it the gear is stuck@@WilliamCrespo
the gear build for me is always loose and whenever i spin it its stuck ;-;

Very first D1 piece for holding the wire down is too small to fit in the slot. Frustration right off the bat.
