I"ve followed you since soon after I got beat up at age 16. You never fail to disappoint. I think putting in the hard work to achieve a great physique helps you become a strong person and not just have a better physique. Something about the journey that benefits a lot more than merely the physique.

I took 3 steroid cycles (8 weeks each cycle across 1.5 years) in my early 20's (low doses though) and has been one of the best experiences of my life and honestly, I do not regret it. I was extremely fortunate not to have any long-term side effects (currently all health and hormonal biomarkers are perfect) and now in my mid 30's it's been over 10 years without gear. Indeed the only downside (for me at least) no matter how hard you try, you won't be able to have the body composition, progress, gym pleasure and gains as on steroids, not even close. The pump is gone after 10 mins, while on gear it lasted the whole day. Nevertheless, I never stopped going to the gym and now I work out 4 times a week, never stopped training. Obviously, priorities have changed (now pursuing a longevity and health focus protocol, if that's even a thing) but again I don't regret it. Probably once I'm over 40+ and based on my blood work I will consider TRT. I definitely do not recommend steroids to anyone, but doing it for a short period of time and as Mo said, experimenting that superman feeling may be worth trying; or maybe not:) Another recommendation I have, IMO although stupid, is if you want to try a cycle do it between the age of 25-30, that's when you can feed your ego with gear and have all these superphysiological and super psychological feelings. After 30,40 taking gear is childish and boring I guess. I won't do it myself unless for medical reasons (TRT for low-T etc). Otherwise, it sounds stupid to be in your 30-40, blasting gear and have to go to work in an office or feed your kids, that's stupid and narcissistic; but when you're 20-something it's understandable and you can get away with it. Unless of course, you're in the fitness industry and looking jacked pay your bills. This is my opinion, don't listen to it. Take care!

Testosterone boosters are basically food and a good diet, do not expect any effects beyond 10-20% increase in T (or none), if you already eat well, sleep and exercise. Compared to pharmaceutical steroids they are not noticeable for many people. Not worth the money, buy fresh fish instead.
