I must say, I think your content is top notch. The humor, editing, filming etc, is defo a cut above the rest. It certainly deserves a lot more in terms of engagement. All I can say is, keep on. You'll reap the fruits of your labour.
I own a '97 Z3 in red and absolutely love it! These cars are amazing and so much fun to drive. Love the video and look forward to seeing more. Keep up the great work! Car looks amazing
Well executed coup project. This video has pushed me to begin looking for a m coupe of my own. That was a cinematic moment when you put the first wheel on the coupe. Can't wait to see more videos.great job.
Gorgeous car man, good job. You’ve inspired me to finally park my E46 coupe for awhile and get it the way I want it. I hope you continue to make videos, I think they’re very good and will definitely watch them. In my opinion these 15-40 minute videos are the perfect length! Good luck my man🫡
@@thoas_ No problem! But it just needs to be repainted, interior needs work, and the suspension needs work too. Basically lots of little stuff besides paint haha. I’d love to make videos on it but we’ll see… can’t wait for some more videos/projects from you tho!
Thank you!! I got my rear mid wing from AIR: americaninternationalracing.com/product/bmw-z3-coupe-rear-spoiler/ I got the front lips from Cemal: facebook.com/cemal.akcal Hope this helps! Looking forward to seeing the project :)
Been waiting for this video for weeks man! Major congrats on the result. So happy for you. Would be really interested to see your take on the mirrors. Got my car wrapped a couple months ago and the company (pros) also really struggled with the mirrors to a point where they said they couldn’t get it to look acceptable, so they didn’t. I have some minor wrapping experience myself and thought of cutting a small hole to pull the wrap over from the underside and over the stem thingy. Then do the stem separately (maybe first). Interested to see your take. Keep doing the thing man! Your clownshoe looks great.
Thank you!! The mirror was done in 3-4 pieces. First was the stem, then the rest, I tried my best to get it to flow with the body line of the mirror. I'll make a point to include what I did for my mirrors once I get the chance to do a "review" or "what I learned" video within the next few weeks!
Just got my dream coupe last week and it gave me the motivation to finally binge watch your channel. Great work man it looks awesome! As far as the purists go, it doesnt seem you have done anything irreversible, and it's YOUR car you do you man! You mentioned in this video you documented your mechanical work on it too, where would i find those vidoes? I love me some wrenching videos! For my coupe journey, first up is mechanical sorting. Then paint chip repair and paint correction and coating. Overall its in decent shape but just needs a little of everything. I think im going to order my clutch line and that will be my first job, i also have trouble sometimes with gear changes.
Thank you man and a HUGE Congratulations!!! I actually did not record the parts where I swapped out the clutch line... (as I was eager to just get it driving again and didn't want to wait another second). However, I will actually document things once I get towards working on the suspension components! Looking forward to seeing your coupe become what you envision it to be brotha!!
If you're referring to paint/bodywork that is not original, then I'd say it's very dependent on the prep work that was done / the quality of work for the bodywork and paint. I've heard a lot of people say that you can't wrap over primer, but as you can tell through the video, I quite literally did just that. If the bodywork/paint was done poorly, then probably not. If it was done properly / well, then you should have no issues.
What kind of wheels are those? I wrapped my roadster and it looked good in the garage but once it sat in the sun the wrap started to peel and lift in some areas. Hopefully that primer underneath is holding up.
The wheels are BBS LM, brushed clear faces, polished lips, with a double step lip! Front: 18x9 +31 (2.0" Outer Lip) [LM071] (245/35/18) Rear: 18x11 +11 (4.0" Outer Lip) [LM068] (295/30/18) So far the wrap is holding up quite well, it’s important to post heat it after you’re done to make sure it loses it memory, or to check if it’s laid on well enough that it’ll stay on as time goes on. I’m planning on making a video talking about my honest review of the build, and what I’ve learned / what I did wrong, over this upcoming weekend!

Great stuff man. It’s been fun to watch this project come to life as a fellow clownshoe owner. Keep making content!
Thank you Cristian!! :)

Thank you brother!! 😊
Pretty damn cool. Props!
Thank you!!
Wheel fitment is perfect. Nice job on the specs!
Thank you!! I think the rear should use a 2 or 5mm spacers, but for the time being it is quite functional!
Beautiful car indeed! Cant wait to work on my z3 😅

Beautiful car. Do you mind sharing the specs for your wheel setup? Wheel size, tire size, offset etc?
My fronts are:
Wheel Spec - 18x9 +31 (2.0" Outer Lip) [LM071]
Tire Size - 245/35/18
My rears are:
Wheel Spec - 18x11 +11 (4.0" Outer Lip) [LM068]
Tire Size - 295/30/18
This thing is ridiculously hot

I've got a silver smurfhearse but I love this color....I get conflicting answers but is paint/bodywork safe with wraps?

Are you selling the other front M bumper? And is the mid wing oem or aftermarket?
The old front bumper has already left my possession to a friend! As for the mid wing, it is a replica of the OEM wing
What exhaust is that? Headers? Etc?
Quite literally just removed the mufflers. Currently looking to get an axle back now lol
What is the tire size of the front wheel?
The tire size for the front wheel is 245/35/18!
