I made this today and they came out very good...pork hopia is my fave...i made it more special with minced chinese sausage and they came out great...thanks for sharing

While watching your video first thing goes to my mind ay ang colesterol at so fatty😅 patay BP ko tataas 5 years ago na or more since makakain ako ng hopia but since im craving after i watched this video gagawa ako pero papalitan ko ang mga ingredients gagamitun ko olive oil instead at ang lard i will used virgin coconut butter let see kung ano magiging taste

You did not have to rest it on a pan. You can just leave it on the mat and cover with a cling wrap to let it rest.
