That's a tough question....I would have to say it is and isn't (super helpful I know). The food here, is takes on Spanish cuisine (easy example is the Fricando). 20k leagues was Chef, pulling ideas straight outta the bottom ocean. Definitely 2 different styles of food for sure. The atmosphere at e' is not as intense lol, pretty laid back with the chefs preparing 90% of the servings in front of you. Yes, the food is amazing here. Yes, if you have the opportunity to go....yes get the ticket! And hopefully you can remember the names of the people you sat next to. Lol. Thanks for the kind words and thanks for watching!
Still so bummed that it closed. There are rumblings around town that Chef is looking for a spot to do a couple one off dinners. Fingers crossed that that's a true rumor!

I'm loving all the fountain time Laspes in this vlog...what a view! Jose Andres looked great! Cool presentations with the food. I love the open kitchen also. Great song for the footage also...very Zen...and very unlike most Seeking soundtracks. The Artomatic has stolen my money twice. Artomatic is an ass. And it stole your bracelet. It would not be a Seeking vlog without the Aria Christmas dick. Cool lounge...was it EASY to find? 😅 I hate choking on Funions. I'd rather choke on Cheeze It's. Ok...I'm done with this Flippin vlog and comment.
100% the best part of staying at the Bellagio! If you don't like the fountain (so much more fountain to come! Like grab a poncho, you might need it fountain action), you're just an idiot. End of story. e' was just as if not more amazing than the first time, I can only see you liking the desserts, edible sangria and maybe the sandwich.....probably the beef and gnocchi also. Lol. I appreciate the music pat on the back, "if you're not trying...well what the f are you even doing" kinda attitude with music. You knew that tho. Some behind the scenes on the Art o Matic. We left that piece behind lol. Honestly having those machines eating our countless 5ers, through out the years, was way more exciting then whatever that was. We can only hope we saved someone's 5 bucks and by dumb luck they were actually looking for that piece. EASY is a pretty mellow spot, for a Saturday night, we were surprised on how NOT busy it was. From the bouncer to the hostess and the bartenders and wait staff, everyone was great! If we only recorded her cruising through the Bellagio, living her best life. Painted the picture the best i could.
