Hello friends! Thank you so much for watching this! It truly is the best lobster risotto dish I've ever had in my life. What's your favorite way to cook lobster? Let me know if you give this a try!
This looks spectacular! Boy do I wish I was there. Great video George. Keep them coming and I look forward to giving this recipe a try. Hight five to you.
Beautiful surroundings!!! Risotto looks amazing....unfortunately the dish is a little to rich for my pocketbook......I bet it is delicious though .....tfs
I just made this for dinner tonight with some modifications ; I used shrimp shells and didn't have any celery but I had carrot and onion, I sauteed it up with bay leaves, peppercorns, whole allspice ,garlic, and some frozen sofrito I made. I deglazed with a fat tire amber ale and also used it with some chicken stock I had in the freezer. I strained but out the carrot and onion back and blended it up and put salt to taste. my goodness it was so good ! made the risotto and had with a nice salad . thank you for the recipe !
Great!! one of my son's friends tried it. It just so happens that he lives above a roaster and they sell green beans. He said they were fantastic! And he saves a ton of money. Cheers!
@@AwareHouseChef Thank you. Fine dining for me is about the food and the ambiance; it could be upscale or rustic in the middle of nowhere. I love your channel; it's hard to find anyone that is serious about organic real food.

That is so gorgeous! I can only think a kosher equivalent would be to use cod?

@@AwareHouseChef Do you know of any truly good restaurants in Missouri? I miss fine dine in L.A. It's been decades since I've found a good restaurant.
@@Kathleen67. I do not, but I know people from Missouri and I will get back to you!
