My own version of Creamy Lobster Risotto is the best ever! Super rich & creamy, filled with buttery lobster & absolutely delicious! This dish is perfect for weekend dinner with family. It is super easy to make! Hope you like this recipe!

**CREAMY LOBSTER RISOTTO RECIPE**
INGREDIENTS
4 lobster tails, 2 pounds or more ; thawed
6 cups or more unsalted butter
salt & ground black pepper, to taste
sprinkle of dried parley
1 lemon ,your preference
paprika if you like
For Risotto:
4 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, diced
2-3 minced garlic cloves , chopped
1&1/2 cup Arborio rice
1/2 cup white wine
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups lobster broth
1 tomato ,diced
red/orange bell pepper ,diced (you can use green bell pepper as well)
1/2 green peas
sprinkle dried or fresh sweet basil
salt & ground black pepper, to taste
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
