@@friautz For me the incredible thing about Primal Scream is their TOTAL commitment and approach to all kinds of Black Genre Music. As a White Rock/ Pop Group, they really dig very deep into the music of ( especially) the Black-American music genres. There are no half-measures with Primal Scream into the musicalities of Black -American Soul and Funk Music expressions. As a group…they are TOTALLY committed to not just how these types of music expressions should sound now today., they are TOTALLY committed to how these Black-American music genres actually sounded in their heyday. I think that is their real genius as a white group, compared to other white groups, when they are expressing the musicalities of the Black-American music genres. This brand new single is a fine testament to that fact.

I am mainly saying here in relation to Black-American classic Soul and Funk or Soul/Funk music genres. There actually is not that many White British musicians who would TRULY dig as deep into these music genres, as Primal Scream have done with their track: Ready to Go Home. The difference with Primal Scream in this area is that as a group they truly really have the deep dedication of musician art and craft creation of these music genres.

Switzerland: YES - but please not for a summer festival. Smaller venue as around 20 years ago in Zurich´s Abart Club would be more my kind of style for a Primal Scream concert.
This is a home run sound for critically acclaimed producer David Holmes who is behind this album . Definitely within his element of psychedelic funk 70s vibes . It fits the scream perfectly.
@ Yeah I think the visuals are incredible in this music video. I think Primal Scream here are using the visual iconography of the early 1970’s in this case it would be that era that represented Black-American Soul and Funk visual iconography, the out of focus visual style expressions found in those old blaxploitation films of the period or those kind of film visuals found in promo films for Black-American music artists of this earlier period. For a generation who had not grown up in this period, or may not even be aware of the visual of the Black-Soul/ Funk American expression, the visuals maybe would be a bit alarming to what they are usually prone to watching, but this just shows Primal Scream complete commitment not just to the music of this classic Black-American Soul-Funk/ Disco era, but also the visual iconography of this classic period of Black-American music expression as well.
Oh My God! What a F***ing Fantastic Band this Group is. I will not be surprised if ( somehow) this track or music video-or both) wins Best British song and music video this year or next year.

ザ・クラッシュのロックザカスバを彷彿させるリズム‼️プライマルのダンスミュージックのセンスと上手くブレイドされていてカッコいいナンバーだ😮👍
Again some classic dance moves here. Major league dad dancing. Great song. Catchiest since Rocks
We, boomers, are Champions, we still waiting for tough underdogs who still pretend... And YEP, We play in the 'Major League Dad Dancing', lol
Heard this live already, it was great.
Fresh and funky, love it, welcome back!
They can do anything!
Except retire, apparently, unfortunately
Still giving us classics and different musical influences. Primal Scream can do no wrong imo.
Excellent!!!!
This is like a good vibes car anthem when you leave work, end a tour, and many other things.
Fk I loved the scream. So good to see new music.
