With a deep depth of gratitude to you Kristyn for this profound Nidra today. It provided a deep release for me, but also an inner knowing of the love emanating from my heart. Yesterday we found out that my husband needs to go back to neurosurgery for investigations following some new symptoms. This is 18 years since he had skull based surgery at this very hospital. It is an exceptionally worrying time, and your beautiful Nidras I think are helping me process these emotions and let them move through. For another beautiful and calming Yoga nidra. My mind was fluttering about like a butterfly, but that matters less when the focus shifts to the peaceful stillness, the mountain, the lake and the sky. What is a fluttering butterfly in al that space? And then again... butterfly's are always a delight.

Just lovely and what I needed after a very long day in the jury selection process for a trial that sounded rather sordid. It was a gut wrenching day but I feel relaxed and at peace now. Thanks. Loved the water sounds!
