Thanks! And FYI, in case you or anybody else wondered, I purposely did not explain how to perform the exercises because we might do that for future videos or other projects. 👍
I'm going to drop the UNO reverse card and say thank you for your continued support. I see you liking all our tweets and shares, and I appreciate it very much 🙌
@@EsportsHealthcare With pleasure 🙏 I really like your content. I couldn't start gaming without doing your warm up. And Power up Posture is also very good, i recommend it to all my friends. Thank you so much again 💪🙏
I'm very happy cause I'm 12 years old boy and I have a very long hair ,longer than the usual girls at my school. But everybody bullies me but that doesn't have to do with you. Nice hair 🤩 dude
From Danielle, who is certified in guided meditation: "Meditation is largely beneficial for relaxing/decompressing the nervous system. Long term, this will benefit our ability to respond vs. react in different circumstances--notably during stressful or high pressure situations." So, meditation can absolutely be a tool to improve tour game play! Officially, my advice is to ask your doctor. For educational purposes, feeling cold, alone, may not be a major concern. Red flags for this exercise would be coldness with a change in color (e.g., pale or blue), swelling in the feet/ankles, or pain in the calves with gentle pressure. Generally speaking, if you can walk up and down stairs without an issue, this exercise will likely be fine.
Suggested movements to do during break are 🔥 The whole list is well curated and explained. ty!
