      Thanks! And FYI, in case you or anybody else wondered, I purposely did not explain how to perform the exercises because we might do that for future videos or other projects. 👍

    Amazing video, was wondering about your thought on meditation and how it can relate to preformance?

    • @EsportsHealthcare
      @EsportsHealthcare  2 года назад

      From Danielle, who is certified in guided meditation: "Meditation is largely beneficial for relaxing/decompressing the nervous system. Long term, this will benefit our ability to respond vs. react in different circumstances--notably during stressful or high pressure situations."
      So, meditation can absolutely be a tool to improve tour game play!

    If my feet are cold is the first exercise dangerous to perform?

    • @EsportsHealthcare
      @EsportsHealthcare  2 года назад +2

      Officially, my advice is to ask your doctor.
      For educational purposes, feeling cold, alone, may not be a major concern. Red flags for this exercise would be coldness with a change in color (e.g., pale or blue), swelling in the feet/ankles, or pain in the calves with gentle pressure.
      Generally speaking, if you can walk up and down stairs without an issue, this exercise will likely be fine.
