I’d do this more as a warmup vs cooldown. Rather than adding to the inflammation. For cooldown I’d just shake it out and walk a bit to let the circulatory system and lymphatic system do its thing. Then stick the arms and forearms into ice water with epson salt to take the rest of the inflammation out. There is a reason why all pro athletes do ice baths.
Im a violinist and a use this warm up its very helpfull

There's more to life than playing video games with your friends mate, especially since they aren't helping you get anywhere, they're a hobby for a reason: to relieve stress, not be your main objective in life

I was diagnosed w/TOS several years ago. Dr at the time suggested I have my first rib removed. I declined. Because I’ve left it untreated for so long I’m Now Finding it’s increasingly difficult to relieve the intense numbness and pain in my hands, palms & arms. Effects my sleep waking me 4-5 times a night because the numbness is so intense and my daily life. It’s hard to use your hands when they are so numb and hurt so bad from the numbness. It’s my entire hand on both sides, my palms. When I first wake up it’s REAL bad, I used to be able to move around & the symptoms would subside some. Now I just can’t get it to subside no matter what I do. I can’t use my hands normally after waking up and for a large part of the morning. Have to stop whatever I’m doing because I’m unable to hold, grab to do much due to the pain & numbness

I... Don't know quite how to thank you. Ever since I began using my Steam Deck I have had quite a bit of pain in my thumb/wrist that I thought was dequervians syndrome. I did this exercise and the pain seems like..... Gone. I'm going to keep practicing it to strengthen the muscles/joints. I thought I was going to have to sell my Steam Deck. Thank you!

Just realized that the names of these exercises sound kinda like when anime characters name their attacks. Gonna yell them from now on when I do them: "Opposition Finger Tap, FLEXED!", "Fiiiiiiiiinger... CIRCLES!!!".

Regarding the eye H-pattern exercise, is the goal to keep the small object in view of both eyes? Or is it fine to bring the object in such a position that the other eye's view of it is blocked by my nostril or forehead?

I don't know if you'll see this or not but I switched to keyboard a month ago. I'm trying to relearn fortnite and other games that require me to be fast, but when I try to press specific keys, some of my fingers (especially my ring finger) move without me trying to actually move them. Does this video help with that or are there other ways I can make my fingers more independent?

Very good hand warm up / stretch set, the only one which actually warmed up my hands, and I've seen quite a few of these. Anyone reading this I'll let you in on my little secret for warm up to add to these, get a bucket, fill it with uncooked rice, put your hands in there, and open/close them for 1 minute.
