- The Vampire Diaries 6x12 "Prayer For the Dying" - When Liv (guest star Penelope Mitchell) and Luke’s (guest star Chris Brochu) father arrives to town to celebrate their birthday, they try and convince him to let Jo (guest star Jodi Lyn O’Keefe) and Kai (guest star Chris Wood) take their place in the merge ceremony. After Tyler (Michael Trevino) finds out that the merge is happening sooner than he expected, he urges Liv to let him talk to her father. Meanwhile, after Caroline’s (Candice Accola) plan to cure her mother takes an unexpected and devastating turn, Elena (Nina Dobrev), Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) gather at the hospital, while Jo attempts to save Sheriff Forbes’ (guest star Marguerite MacIntyre) life. Lastly, with the merge set to take place, Damon’s risky plan quickly sends things spiraling out of control, forcing one of the twins to take matters into their own hands. I was thinking the same! When she ran away from Kai, her clothes (purple shirt black leather jacket, tight jeans..totally Kat, even her hair is Katherine now). Her voice sounded more like Katherine too. I really wish it was her...when Kai drawn the K letter on her face I was like ooooooh maan if only it would be Kat..but naah..Kat is gone I know...I think the writers are trying to make Elena a bit more likeable by giving her Kat's traits (most of the people loved Kat)
Yes, I thought so too. To me, I think it's the expressions she makes, they would be the same one's that Katherine makes when she's angry. Or her hair is starting to get more and more Katherine like, very curly.
Yes that too...the way she moves her mouth while talking and looking...eh...it saddens me cause Kat was my favorite character and I always hated Elena and now I feel that Kat's memory i getting overshadowed my the new 'bitchier' Elena

yayyy, delena is back! I am so in love with this season! Every character is facing so many drawbacks and they are going over so many things. I love the way Damon looks Elena,those eyes express so much love... Also I really like the way Stephan is taking care of Caroline. I cant wait for next episode!

I think she meant from the point where her memories were gone.. not her relationship before Damon died x) as in she doesn't want pick off with the whole bitching about if she loves him or not.. and just dive into it because life is unpredictable and they could be killed at any given moment.

I have totally lost track of what this show is about. I loved it at the beginning and was totally addicted right up to season four......but now I don't even remember why this show was good. What is this show about and why are there so many characters I really don't give a toss about......I am out like a light!!

They break down every possible good relationship that could help the show not be a complete and utter waste of time just to keep delena functioning. They don't want to bring Bonnie back because that'll take Damon's focus off Elena, Steroline barely get any screen time. Julie is too focused on keeping 10 year old Delena shippers happy. This show has turned so stupid, I mean even look at the villains Klaus was a real villain he was an original now the villain is a absorbing power hungry psychopath with a temper like...come on. Our girl Bonnie isn't coming back anytime soon, and when she does she'll probably just die again blergh
So much is going, really sorry for caroline's mom .... but for now all i care is that Bonnie returns, but it seems as though its going to be a while.:'(

I keep watching tvd and notice several changes that occurred during these seasons all between the characters . But I do not know why , but still think in the end Elena will stay with Stefan . Because in my opinion will form the two couples, Elena and Damon , and Stefan and Caroline . Both will have time to live better , see the defects and qualities . The Quartet will go together, and they will get even closer . And much closeness generates friction. Because I say this ?? because it has something stefan Elena knows more than Caroline , and has something to Elena that stefan know and understand more than Damon . And we all know that jealous of Caroline and Damon are stopped , and they kind of are insecure sometimes with their relationship and appeal to the stick and sometimes to one side more than obsession , of Poce . And with Elena and Stefan think it will have that thing , a need of the other and not always the other to help , as both have their boyfriends as a priority and they will surprise them this priority Friendship UP . After Elena will think : ''AGORA HE IS MY BOYFRIEND BEST FRIEND '' she will have to adapt to see if ex with her best friend , will be a new thing for her, although she even encourage Stefan to kiss logo Caroline , one more thing you think is how things will be in theory and quite another in practice as it is in practice that we discover the real feeling for both the good side and the bad side to . Stefan is already the most jaded of all this situation since he has already experienced the side of the coin , or more so also the things were to be less complicated for him. I know, I just feel that sometimes we need to go through things in our lives for us to realize what is really true and what really matters . These obstacles , which will help with time separating our real for life choices. I conclude that somehow the series comes down it at the end !! Elena and Stefan go through eddies of things so in the end get together humble .My opinion .
Caroline is about to have been with every main guy on the show except for Jeremy, Alaric & Enzo (tho they have had a flirtation). She has been in a relationship with Damon, Matt & Tyler. Had an affair with Klaus (who she belongs with) & and it appears that she's bout to get with Stefan. And I'm not gonna even get started on poor Bonnie... Julie Plec has offically ruined the show.
Elena has been with Matt, Stefan, Damon, Liam and back to Damon. Stefan has been with Elena, Rebekah, Katherine, Ivy and now Caroline. And Damon has been with... A LOT: Caroline, Katherine, Elena, Lexi, Rose, Sandy, Bree and so on. Why is it worse when it's about Caroline????
AlinasArt technically Elena didn't "sleep"/with him.. thus I don't consider her being with Liam.. and as for Damon LOL who is even counting? and I don't think she's underlining who is worse than who, she specifically said "main characters" x) half the girls Damon has been with are minor/side characters/ and Caroline has indeed been with more main guys then Elena. But.. so what? xD

Quick question.. Why can't Caroline just turn her mom into a vampire?
Because her body will reject the blood...(as you can see in the promo)
I think the reason is b/c cancer is developed within the body. Vampire blood seems to only work properly on things that happen externally to the body. What it looks like from the promo is that he winds up dying w/in the 24 hours and becomes a vampire which is what will happen to Liz :(

Micah Rose Yeah, but if they want to turn Liz into a vampire, she has to drink vampire blood and she has to die with that blood in her body. But her body will keep on rejecting the blood (as you see in the promo), so it won't work. Then, vampire blood can't cure the cancer, it only can heal the wounds, because it can regenerate human tissues, but the cancer is different, it makes the tissues growing up out of control. Sorry, if i'm not really clear but I'm not great in english. btw it's medicine, science, the vampire blood absolutely can't work :)

Question: why they don't simply turn Kai into a vampire, he couldn't be both witch and vampire. In TO they say you cannot be both, so I assume is the same also on TVD. That said.... It really start to boring me this show.
Actually they did that once, with Bonnie`s mother in season 3 when Esther was trying to kill her children.

I can't believe they actually gonna do another season. I'm bored already since season 4... I'm watching simply because I hope it's gonna be good again, but it's just sad.
Talk about awkwardness between Nina and Ian...No matter how good they are, I can't believe they're gonna still work for another season. To be fair any chances of being something more are dead and gone, so... I see their reasons, but still...AWKWARD.
My only question is .. Where is Liam?

What is w/all the Steroline hate !! I happen to love them and think they would be a perfect couple- their friendship turned into more intense feelings for each other, and this was before we found out about Liz dying of cancer. I don't think its b/c of Liz (probably dying) that will have Steroline as a couple, it was heading that way already; Stefan realized that he in fact did have romantic feelings for Caroline. Stefan ran away b/c he thought his brother Damon was dead and traveled everywhere to see if witches could bring him back, when he found out that there was no possible way for bring Damon back Stefan just shut his feelings off and stayed away from everyone. He clearly has strong feelings for Caroline and I just love them! I mean what do ya'll want Stefan to still have feelings for Elena - FUCK THAT !! Stelena is over and done with - its time for Steroline to be w/each other and finally give in to their feelings for each other. Yeah Plec pisses me off a lot too b/c I love Liz, she is so cool and love her scenes w/Damon as well. I hear that we should be prepared for more deaths of main characters, which is pissing me off more; not sure what main characters she's talking about. They better bring my girl Bonnie back SOON - she doesn't get enough screen time as it is. I want Kai DEAD!!!

no, he isn't turning into a vampire the blood is speeding up the process of his death. So Sheriff Forbes is going to die faster than she would have before.

I don't think Elena doesn't care about Caroline's mum, she was just too much worried about her being kidnapped adn tortured... and her and Damon were looking for a way to bring Bonnie back, until Caroline's mum got to the hospital. Just because her and Damon wanted to share a little time together, after he saved her from Kai, it doesn't mean Elena doesn't care about her friends anymore, I think she's the only one who still does. What about Matt or Tyler...have they thought about Bonnie? No. Btw I still think season 2 and 3 are the best, but honestly this season is really better than s5, I think it's undeniable :)
Look, I am a delena shipper. Or was, actually. Now I'm a bamon shipper. And I like Elena, but Jullie Plek changed her! She was way better being the way she was before on my opinion! She was way better then. :)
