About half million Americans besides myself watching Morning Stretch from the early 1980s, this popular TV show brought back my childhood memories. It's used to be on my network WWOR TV New York- New Jersey Channel 9 in the early 1980s. I was living in Brooklyn in an apartment building. And if I have to do it all over again to remember that show, then it's probably before l go to school. Now you see why the show Morning Stretch takes you back to a time slot machine. 🇺🇸🗽😉🥇🏅 And remember that the legacy of this show lives on.

I used to watch Joanie Greggains' "Morning Stretch" TV exercise show at college when I would be up early in the morning studying for an exam. Needless to say it was hard to study for the exam when my eyes were "studying" Joanie Greggains' fantastically gorgeous physique!
I used to watch this show before school and do her exercises. I thought I was Joanie Greggines! My mom used to say she was on speed, cuz she talked a mile a minute...Can explain the weight loss!
To correct my above posted comment about the TV exercise show "Morning Stretch", since Joanie Greggains' exercise show , "Morning Stretch" debuted in 1982, it was 1982 not the late 1970's when Joanne Greggains played the disco song "Off The Wall" on her morning exercise show.
I am so happy to see Joni here bc I couldn't think of her last name & it was getting me nuts,lol. I used to work out with her tapes after she got breast implants. Her & Jane Fonda were my go-to Aerobic tapes in the 80s

I remember waking up at 5 AM Monday through Friday listening to this when I would get ready for school. I would eat breakfast while I am watching the program. Like mind you, I was in kindergarten at that time. I wonder when the music starts at the beginning of the introduction if that is the Philadelphia musicians called MFSB which stands for mother father sister brother. I actually figured it out. It is MFS b at the beginning of the VHS tape. Blast from the past. By the way, very good sound quality.
I too used to watch her when I was a child! It was one of the few things on that early in the morning and she was fun and comforting to watch. My mom used to always remark on how Joanie could carry on a conversation while being that active and not even get winded.
Sarah F now I work out to this video Monday through Wednesdays believe it or not. Well, I can’t see what she is doing so I just do my own thing if I don’t know what she is doing. What I’m saying is, I have a visual impairment and I am totally blind but I have fun with this video.
So fun to see these turn up on RUclips. I used to do her workout religiously. Joanie has great energy. I have gone back to aerobics indoors as the air in CA in windy Santa Ana fire season is not that great. I wonder where Joanie Greggains is today?

PBS still running her excerise show some running at five in the morning in North Carolina where I live.
Tried it with Mother who remembers doing this same video, commercials and all! It kicked both of our behinds! Requiem pace, Joanie, this was great!
