I absolutely love this interpretation of tevye. Harvey 's such a gift to theater. he's all heart .
Which some people have lost , since covid --but some of us still need heart performers like him.
He can do much more than camp !!!
Beautiful!
I love this. I love seeing different actors playing Tevye.
Thank you for posting this. I saw him in this on Broadway and was mesmerized! I wish there was a video of the entire show!
Here I was thinking that it was just a joke from 'Forbidden Broadway: SVU', but this legit happened. Never would've expected this casting, but it's definitely interesting.
He was really good - and Rosie O' Donnell was Golda just to add to the "Forbidden Broadway SVU" insanity :)
It was a huge upgrade from Alfred Molina’s Tevye.
I think my mother took me to see this I liked it @@gionmusic
I love it!!! I love his voice too!!!
This man is certainly a role model for me. He's been one for years.
So sad I never saw this run!!

How come Harvey never got surgery to fix his voice// make it sound better
Because that’s his natural voice and there’s nothing wrong with it? Because he literally was born that way (his voice is a result of an overdeveloped vestibular fold in his vocal cords, essentially giving him a "double voice" when he speaks)? Because vocal surgery is f'ing risky (two words. Julie. Andrews)?
@@gionmusic he sounds like he desperately needs a lozenge
It's one of the things that makes him unique.
His voice is perfect!!!
His voice is iconic
Lay off the cigs, Tevye.
he's just having a philosophical disagreement with his triple hernia.
Tevye's a hard working man and part time Cart-Ox, leave him alone.🤣
Harvey doesn't smoke. That is his natural voice.
@@treywest268i did smoke in his earlier years. His memoir tells the reason for his voice. I think he is perfect for this role!
