- I Challenged myself and @DekksterSnap to the ultimate challenge of using an XMEN only deck and seeing who could gain the most cubes in one hour

Basically you have to do the following:
- Deck must have the 12 X-Men
(must include Wolverine, Gambit, Rogue, Storm, Cyclops, Professor X)
- No editing decks mid-competition
- Play for 1 hour and keep track of cube winrate
- You must chain-queue games without breaks and try to not rope
In this video we go head to head and see who ends up performing better!

Top tier editing with the old X-men show
This was a really fun idea! I know it would be hard due to time constraints but it would be really cool to see you guys face off against each other at the end for some bonus cubes.
Those scenes from the X-Men animated show in the background gave me some serious nostalgia... I think I'm gonna watch some cartoons on Disney+ tonight and feel like a child for a while.

I feel like Cyclops should have an ability to move random X-Men to his location upon reveal, or an ongoing ability to choose which X-Men move there
It’s so weird for him to have nothing, and when I first started and saw his quote, I was expecting X-Men to move 💀
Well powerless cards are getting even more buffed by upcoming High Evolutionary...
Cyclops should be similar to Shang Chi. Tho I believe Shang Chi should be nerfed to 1 kill. Cyclops should kill 1 card of 5+ power at a random location. Jean Grey should be able to deactivate any opponent cards being played that round. What do you think?
@@ToddBundy I don’t want him to be a copy of another card (like Namor and Orka), I want more original cards tbh
@Mike | ShrapnnL I get that but these cards are designed that way intentionally. Namor and relates characters have similar abilities. As Deadpool, Wolverine n Sabertooth have similar abilities. Polaris and Magneto is another example.
@@ToddBundy jean is quite powerful though. She forces the opponent to play a card on the location, very much sort of a early Aero. Her stats are 3/3.

I like this! I got bored of SNAP and ranking up and decided to do something similar with members of SHIELD (though it could be ANYONE cause at one point even ya moms was a member of SHIELD).
I think it would be cool if the developers added some new bases that result in a +1 +2 +3 +4 bonus for each successive team member played at their home base....so for example a Baxter Building Plus base which gives a bonus for each member of the Fantastic four played, a Xaviers Academy Plus base giving a bonus for each member of the Xmen played
that would be nice indeed. Place a suggestion on the official Discord channel, maybe they see it :D
I loved this. I've been on a crunch with work so I haven't watched all the battles yet, but I really wish there was something you got for this in game. No idea if it would be an in game effect, but certain classic team ups having interactions would be amazing. I do like that the shells reach across the breadth of the Marvelverse, but at the same time, aside from challenges like this, there is no benefit to playing an X-men themed deck or Sinister six, etc. But this was fun!

Hahaha! Cool idea for a challenge and for a video. I might try that myself too. I've got an X-men themed deck too, that I've been playing with on and off since I started playing, but only with heroes, no villains (or villains who later became good guys). Always feels so good to get a win from a deck with hardly any synergy. Got to try playing with it for an hour and see do compare to the both of you. Heh heh...

This video was so good, I really like themed decks, so this was great fun. Next should be the Avengers or because of Hit Monkey, something like an X-force deck or Deadpool/Spider Man deck.

Great, fun video. Thanks for making it. How about a deck challenge competition along the lines of having to build a deck to use, but the caveat is you have to include 3-4 (or whatever you decide) cards that are seen less than 1% in Marvel Snap right now (excluding the newer cards). I mean, who is the first to be brave enough to put Crystal in their deck as a sweet sweet 4/4? ;)

I apologize for my comic geek pedantry, but...: That list is two out of the five characters in the game who joined in Giant Size X-Men #1 (1975) (*Storm*, *Wolverine*, Colossus, Nightcrawler, Warpath). One character who joined in 1983 (*Rogue*). One character who joined in 1990 (*Gambit*). And only 2 out of the 5 OG X-Men (though technically Prof X isn't an X-Man but we'll ignore that) from 1963 who are in the game (*Prof X*, *Cyclops*, Beast, Iceman, Angel)

I've been having fun with an all spider deck (and for the remaining spots I use Spiderman's villains).
It's not always a win, but it's surprisingly not as bad as you'd imagine and has some synergy to it.
Suggestion 1:
- How about a Fantastic 4 deck ? (you would be allowed to play 1 or 2 enablers for Torch, you would have access to Doom, Super Skrull & Silver Surfer, all of the fantastic 4 members of course, and you would also have access to some other cards that crossed paths with the F4 in the comics, like Giganto, like the Kree - Ronan, Cap Marvel - or Atlantis - Namor & Attuma. Debateble on Shuri, as she is a newer character, so she might not been in the F4 comics (don't know, your choice). No Galactus or Kang so it would stay fair)
Suggestion 2:
- How about a Guardians of the Galaxy deck ? (this could be for a later date, after we get High Evolutionary & Nebula, so they would be able to be part of the deck). You have access to all of the Guardians, Yondu, Cosmo & Thor, Collector, Warlock, Ronan. You can decide if you want Cap Marvel in it, as she has connections to both Ronan & Rocket (Carol was good friend with Rocket in the comics), and also you can include Kitty Pryde, as she was an alternate love interest for StarLord in the comics, even taking his mantle in the comics at some point. No Thanos, because we want to see the Guardians in action.
That looked really fun! Only complaint my friend, it's Polaris, not Poloris! lol

I have been hoping and dreaming of Snap creating some sort of incentive to use decks like this limiting to a specific team/character book.
I think it would be cool for the Meta but would have to be something beyond synergy. Almost thinking like the Gym location that seemed to have disappeared that doubles booster won.
I think it would improve a lot of cards’ play rates as well. Or maybe have monthly tournaments with these kind of themes to win variants of the members.
