The old deaths had a type of rag doll physics with his arms and legs that I kinda miss. Also it kinda sucks how there's a loading screen after every time you die but other then that I think the game looks good, the robots laugh could use some work though, I don't remember them laughing that much in the og but I could be wrong.
OMG that sailors hand looks realistic as af. Dude Purple Lamp and THQ did a fantastic job of remastering this game and all the parts that we remembered back in 03. I hope this game sells well too just like in 03 since this game was titled PlayStation greatest hits list which I owned a copy from. At least they keep the deaths animation for the 03 the same and more realistic.
Hans looked the same back in the original battle for bikini bottom, the reason the hand is hyper realistic is because hans is literally just a 2d picture of a sailor's hand, not a 3d model.
Why does Hans drag you off screen? Also I laughed my ass off when Spongebob falls apart into diced cheese and when he sinks he says Tartar Sauce as it's just a minor inconvenience .

I can’t believe I’m saying this but, this game is a lazy copy and paste with better graphics. There is no new content besides the multiplayer, and even that is pretty one dimensional. They could have given us so much more from the cut content but instead they ignored it. And the animation feels heartless. The first game had so much more life in all of the characters. But now they all move like animatronics. It feels uninspired. You don’t have to agree with me, you don’t have to disagree. If you like the remake, good. If you don’t, that’s fine. I personally don’t care for a lazy rehash.
